Hotel Waterpark and pool facilities were good.

Cons:

Rooms are small and not comfortable. Housekeeping did'nt hapned for 2 days out of 4 we stayed in the hotel.
No Toileteries not refilled - in the refill packs, even after requesting.

La falta de comunicación entre recepcionista porque comunique a mi llegada que no íbamos a almorzar en el restaurante sino a cenar y salíamos con el almuerzo, y tanto la recepcionista del último día como la camarera del restaurante nos trataron mal, porque no lo notificaron y nos tuvimos que ir sin comer, que es lo de menos sino el mal sabor que te traten así cuando a sido fallo de ellos no anotarlo. Y te saquen del restaurante de esas formas y encima con una niña.

Las atracciones de las piscinas

El horario de buffet, era todo horario muy de extrajeros y las animaciones la mayoria en ingles y no hay para todas las edades, ademas si te toca un dia con el temporal regular no hay nada que hacer en el hotel, muy aburrido

J’ai eu le plaisir de séjourner dans cet hôtel en pension complète, et mon expérience a été tout simplement excellente.
Dès l’arrivée, l’accueil chaleureux du personnel m’a mis à l’aise. L’équipe est professionnelle, attentionnée et toujours disponible pour répondre aux besoins des clients.

La chambre était propre, spacieuse et très confortable, offrant toutes les commodités nécessaires pour un séjour agréable.
Les repas inclus dans la pension complète étaient variés, savoureux et de grande qualité. Le restaurant propose un large choix de plats frais, bien préparés, avec un service irréprochable.

Les installations de l’hôtel sont parfaitement entretenues : piscine, espaces communs, et zones de détente offrent un cadre paisible et agréable.
L’ambiance générale est calme et propice à la relaxation.

En résumé, j’ai passé un séjour exceptionnel et je recommande vivement cet hôtel à toute personne cherchant confort, qualité de service et détente. Je n’hésiterai pas à revenir à ma prochaine visite.

A simpatia dos funcionários, tivemos um rapaz que nos tirou umas fotos,assim que falamos que estávamos em lua de mel, ele foi extremamente atencioso connosco. Em relação ao restante staff, a parte da animação, são Top.

Okay for a very short break

It’s a fairly priced for a month in verge of winter

Nous avons aimé l’emplacement, la super piscine et les toboggans. Buffet principal était bon et varié. Toujours des plats adaptés aux enfants. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Les jeux pour enfants ont été appréciés (trampoline etc.)

Cons:

Personnel pas sympa à deux reprises avec un enfant (j’étais à proximité, j’ai pu le constater). Un peu trop d’attente au buffet de la plage. Ménage un peu rapide (femmes de ménage qui oublient de remettre les serviettes. Mais la réception a fait le nécessaire en très peu de temps.
