Todo correcto pero algo mejorable.
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, una lastima que no estuvieran abiertas las piscinas o al menos una para disfrute de los mas pequeños.

Cons:

Poca variedad de comida y siendo semana santa ya podrian haber tenido una piscina abierta al menos.

Pues todo primero fui en abril y las piscinas cerradas no abrían hasta el 24 entiendo q las atracciones estén cerradas por ser temporada baja pero ni si quiera una piscina cuando ponen piscina al aire libre todo el año y lo especifica bien a qui en booking . La comida estaba buena pero muy poca variedad y muy repetitivas .

El trato del personal..siempre una sonrisa y educados

Cons:

Por último había mucha gente y poco servicio para las comidas ,pocas vitrinas y cafeteras

No entraba el zumo o refresco en comidas con pensión completa lo veo mal ... pensión completa puede quitar el alcohol a mi parecer pero no eso

La llegada bien, pero la salida muy mal

La falta de comunicación entre recepcionista porque comunique a mi llegada que no íbamos a almorzar en el restaurante sino a cenar y salíamos con el almuerzo, y tanto la recepcionista del último día como la camarera del restaurante nos trataron mal, porque no lo notificaron y nos tuvimos que ir sin comer, que es lo de menos sino el mal sabor que te traten así cuando a sido fallo de ellos no anotarlo. Y te saquen del restaurante de esas formas y encima con una niña.
