Schöne große saubere Zimmer. Separater Fahrradraum. Zentrale Lage.

Cons:

Kein Kaffee zum Frühstück da alle Maschinen nicht funktionierten und sich niemand zuständig fühlte. Fast alle Tische beim Frühstück leer und mit benutztem Geschirr und niemand räumte ab. Rezeption morgens nicht besetzt und in der Hotline nur eine KI Assistentin die sich natürlich sehr verständlich zeigte und empfahl eine Email zu schreiben.

Das Frühstück war katastrophal, kein Kaffee, keine Tische abgeräumt. Eine Kaffeemaschine defekt, die andere ohne Milch, ohne Wasser und ohne Bohnen. Keine sauberen tassen vorhanden. Unser erster Hotelaufenthalt ohne Kaffee.

Die griechische Küche hat mir richtig gut gefallen. 🙂🇬🇷

Cons:

Alles ist ziemlich alt. Die Wände sind teilweise zerkratzt, an manchen Stellen schmutzig und voller Flecken. Die Matratzen sind unbequem. Das Frühstück ist für uns komplett ausgefallen, obwohl wir dafür bezahlt hatten, weil jemand verschlafen hat.

Bei heißem Wetter ist es wirklich nicht empfehlenswert, in diesem Hotel zu übernachten.

Gutes Hotel in toller Lage jedoch noch verbesserungsfähig

Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption,
Motorrad konnte kostenfrei geparkt werden.
Wir hatten ein schönes, großes Zimmer.
Im Zimmer waren Duschraum (Waschraum) und WC in getrennten Räumen, das ist sehr praktisch.
Sehr gute Lage, direkt an bzw. eigentlich schon in der Altstadt.
Kostenlose Minibar.

Cons:

Wir hatten Frühstück inklusive, wenn wir für diese Frühstück den verlangten Preis von 19,90 € pro Person bezahlt hätten, dann hätte ich mich darüber geärgert, denn diesen Preis ist es bei weitem nicht Wert. Insbesondere weil sehr zögerlich bzw. oft erst auf Anfage am Buffet nachgefüllt wurde. Das Frühstück wird bis 10:30 Uhr angeboten aber bereits um 9:15 waren viele Dinge schon leergeräumt.
Die Idee, dass die Zimmer nur noch auf Bestellung an der Rezeption gereinigt werden fand ich auch nicht prickelnd.
Es reicht mir schon, dass man mittlerweile bei der Buchung auf Dinge wie Frühstück inklusive und Parkplatz inklusive achten muss (wenn vorhanden, muss man den mittlerweile beinahe überall extra bezahlen). Soll man zukünftig auch noch bei der Buchung aufpassen ob das Zimmer täglich gereinigt wird? Da wünsche ich mit die "gute alte Zeit" zurück in der alle diese Dinge für ein Hotel selbstvertändlich inklusive waren.

Kamer ,bed en douche waren goed. Heel fijn dat er een koelkast was,ook nog met gratis drankjes. Goede douche.Fijn zitje.Fietsenstalling was fijn.
Midden in het centrum van Kelheim ,zodat je alles op loopafstand kunt doen.

Cons:

Het onbijt was 19.50 pp veels te duur. Alhoewel er alles aanwezig was wat je je kunt bedenken bij een ontbijt qua keuze ,werden de normale ontbijtspullen nauwelijks aangevuld. We vroegen om witte broodjes (waren alleen bruine),gewone kaasplakken en yochurt werden niet aangevuld tussen 7.30 en 8 uur toen wij ontbeten. We hebben het aan de medewerkers gevraagd ,echter die spreken geen Duits en begrepen ons niet ? Verder hebben we bij de incheck 25 minuten gewacht,terwijl er 2 medewerkers met 1 klant bezig waren en ons dus lieten wachten.
