An enjoyable stay,.
Pros:

Breakfast was fairly good but there were limitations as to choice. I've had better more varied selections at other hotels.

Cons:

There was no menus/prices displayed for dinner hence we ate our each evening. Bedrooms at the rear overlooked a brick wall, metres away from windows. A bedroom with a Park view is a must have for me.

Foi uma estadia muito agradável.

Pequeno almoço muito variado e de qualidade. Atendimento no bar muito bom! O Bruno foi de uma atenção memorável !!!

Absolutely appalling faulty Towers
Pros:

Nothing it had mould in the fridge and on the windows.
Full of dust everywhere. Kitchen staff very poor raw omelettes raw burger. Staining on the head board generally unclean

Staff unfriendly hostile and couldn’t care less.
Faeces left on the toilet brush definitely not a four star hotel.

Segunda estadia neste belo hotel. Quartos fantásticos e espaçosos, limpos e com uma cama muito confortável. Recepcionistas muito simpáticos e profissionais em ambos os dias. Pequeno-almoço bom e variado.

Cons:

O empregado do bar estava desatento, não era muito simpático e também mal formado. Depois do excelente barman da primeira visita, isto foi uma desilusão.


Normalmente, o seguinte nem sequer seria mencionado, mas, tratando-se de um hotel de 4 estrelas, as expectativas são um pouco mais elevadas. Os frascos com produtos de higiene no quarto não estavam reabastecidos, faltavam toalhetes e sacos de higiene no casa de banho e o meu pai não conseguiu encher a banheira porque o botão correspondente (que muda da chuveira para a torneira) não girava.

Great value in the heart of a beautiful city

Lovely location, easy parking, great size rooms, comfortable and clean

Cons:

Nothing- it was exactly what we were looking for. The breakfast was also very nice although some of the wait staff were a little grumpy. Maybe they were having a bad day because we found most of the staff lovely.
