Chambre
Pros:

Le personnel est bienveillant et super honnête. J'avais oublié quelque chose dans le coffre de l'hôtel et j'ai tout récupéré.
La literie est top
Le buffet du petit déjeuner .

Cons:

La chambre sans fenêtre. Il y avait un velux mais impossible a ouvrir car trop haut.
Le store impossible de le fermer plus donc laisse passer de la luminosité et store blanc est troué

Do excelente serviço prestado. Desde a forma como fomos recebidos aquando do check-in, aos empregados do restaurante e do bar. Melhor não podíamos desejar.

Cons:

O que não gostei foi da atitude do responsável do bar que em frente aos clientes fez uma chamada de atenção, num tom de voz audível, utilizando uma linguagem vernácular. Achei a atitude desagradável e desadequada. Demonstrou falta de perfil para a função que julgo que desempenha.

Foi incrível!!
Pros:

Tudo, a comida era incrível, as bebidas fantásticas, a localização mesmo no centro podíamos ir a pé para todo o lado, os funcionários super simpáticos , disponíveis , o hotel cheira sempre onde quer q vá a perfume.. decoração linda sem descurar da cultura das Caldas, vou voltar de certeza!
