Boa estadia, no geral.
Passei sete dias, a estrutura é ok, com uma ótima localização (próximo de restaurantes, mercado, lazer, etc.). Em resumo, indicaria.

Cons:

O café da manhã poderia ser melhor, com mais opções de proteína e mais variado.
Passei sete dias e todos os dias era bem repetitivo.
Para um período longo alguns detalhes fariam diferença. O hotel poderia contar com mais comodidades (uma sauna, por exemplo).
De modo geral, não há deméritos, apenas limitações.

O hotel tem boa localização, funcionários são solícitos e é limpo.

Cons:

Eu fiz early check-in, pois cheguei sábado super cedo e cansada e simplesmente não consegui dormir, pois a partir das 8h começam a limpar os quartos e é muito barulho: de carrinhos, arrastando móveis, pessoas conversando, assoviando e assistindo vídeo no celular. Não dá para negar que os quartos são limpos, mas no domingo, 8h da manhã novamente os movimentos e barulhos que impedem o descanso. É um hotel bom para localização, para acordar cedo, pois tem barulho da limpeza. Isso foi o que mais me incomodou.

É a quinta vez que nos hospedamos no Porto da Ilha. Gosto muito do hotel, sobretudo pelo conforto, limpeza e localização. Entretanto, desssa vez, decepcionei-me com a cobrança extra referente à presença da minha filha de 6 anos que, em viagens, dorme conosco, sem necessidade de cama extra. Ela também não consome os itens do café da manhã, enfim não deveria gerar custos adicionais. Nos outros anos, a hospedagem dela não foi tarifada. Entendo que a politica do hotel oferece gratuidade para crianças até 5 anos, mas passamos por outros hotéis no caminho e em nenhum lugar a hospedagem dela foi tarifada justamente por essas condições de não consumo do café e não uso de cama extra.
