Fue una pésima experiencia. Después de realizado el check out, dejé mis maletas en custodia, porque mi vuelo salía más tarde. Cuando fui a retirar mis maletas, me cobraron 150 dólares por un vidrio roto de una mesa, el cual yo no rompí. Según la recepcionista, yo había roto ese vidrio por testimonio de la mucama que fue a asear la habitación después de que yo la abandoné. Efectivamente me mostraron que el vidrio estaba roto, pero si hubiese estado así durante mi estadía en la habitación, yo me habría dado cuenta y lo hubiese reportado de inmediato. Me obligaron a pagar esa cantidad, y tuve que hacerlo porque ellos tenían mis maletas y yo estaba en la hora de tomar mi vuelo para mi país. No me dieron espacio para defenderme, era mi palabra contra la de ellos, así que tuve que pagarles por encontrarme en un país extranjero y con mi vuelo encima. Además de perjudicarme económicamente, me dañaron moralmente. Realmente estoy muy decepcionado y me fui con una muy mala impresión de mi visita a su país. Estos hechos ocurrieron el jueves 26 de febrero de 2026 a las 15:30 aproximadamente.

Ez nem 4*,max 3. Egy szóval sem írják a leírásban, hogy a szoba kilátása 10 kültéri légkondicionálóra néz és egy falra. A reggeli elég sivár. Egy db csatornát lehetett fogni,Netflix,Youtube nem megy rendesen,mert ledobja az internetről a tv-t. Ketten voltunk,kaptunk 1 db poharat. Tényleg kis szappanokkal szúrják ki az ember szemét 4*-ért. ?
Nem ajánlott szálloda.

Pros:

The location is premium.
You cannot go wrong if you stay at 18 Julio avenue.
Hotel is confortable and noiseless

Cons:

They could improve a bit more on cleaning.
The soap from previous guest was forgotten, bit it didnt bother me too much, as I usually dont get stress with little details.
Bed linen needs replacement (it was clean, anyway)
For everything else, they did well.
