great staff and service with a very nice quiet room
Pros:

I was greeted very politely from the beginning, and the desk agent was excellent in informing me about the hotel and parking. I wasn't feeling well because of a bad cold, but was really comfortable in the room, and made lots of tea. My room was very nice and the bathroom good as well. I had a very good breakfast.

Cons:

The area around the hotel is a little bit "seedy." There were lots of homeless people around and I didn't want to walk much
at night. I found a restaurant nearby.
