Bon séjour au centre de Grenoble.
Pros:

Excellent petit déjeuner. Hôtel confortable.

Cons:

Nous sommes venus de la gare en bus, ce qui est un mauvais choix. Il aurait fallu venir en tram.
Cette info était fournie dans la doc de l hôtel mais j,ai suivi mon smartphone.

Bel hôtel avec un bon emplacement
Pros:

L'emplacement.
Le grand confort de la chambre.
La tranquilité.
Le petit déjeuner continental.

Cons:

Le mauvais accueil par une jeune employée à la réception lors de notre arrivée. Regard dédaigneux et explications très sommaires (je précise bien cela car ensuite nous avons eu un jeune homme, puis une femme qui étaient très sympathiques et à l'écoute qui ont pu répondre à nos questions). C'est regrettable car l'accueil est la première image d'un établissement, de plus de ce standing.

Personal muy atento. Aunque no tienen early check-in como tal, lo pedimos y nos permitieron entrar antes de tiempo. También acomodaron cambios de reserva de última hora. La cama y las almohadas muy confortables.
