Percebemos que o objetivo deles é proporcionar tranquilidade e facilidade. Foi muito fácil entrar e sair do hotel com muita segurança.
Acomodações confortáveis, bonitas e limpíssimas. Serviço de check-in, check-out e de quarto muito bons. Refeições oferecidas a parte valem muito a pena pois são preparadas com muito capricho e por um valor bem em conta comparado com os arredores.
Localização muito boa entre o circuito Chico e o Centro de Bariloche, principalmente para quem está de carro. A vista é espetacular.

From the beautiful view to the friendly staff, very happy with this stay. They offered us unlimited refills of delicious cold water and hot coffee. Very special place with great location near town and great hiking and Circuito Chico driving loop.

We had a fantastic stay. Our suite had a clear view of the lake and the mountains beyond. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful: they gave great recommendations for restaurants, driving day trips, and hiking trails. Highly recommend for those who prefer an inn (pousada) instead of a larger hotel.
Staff would communicate on WhatsApp and would respond to any request so so quickly. The hotel itself is so pretty and location is great, only 10 minutes drive to the center.
