Fair. We will not stay there again.
Cons:

The staff were keen to please but didn't really understand what we requested in the dining room. EG: eggs well done, easy over, sun y side up etc. Also the information we were given was that dinner was served, but the restaurant o lo ger serves dinner.

I expected more.
Pros:

What attracted me was the historic building

Cons:

The room was small, and 'dark'. The room had a smell of damp, the bathroom has no extractor fan. The shower door was broken. The 'wardrobe small and unconventional filled with nonsensical containers. Breakfast was nice.

The staff were lovely, the room was nice enough.

Cons:

Don't advertise wifi and TV and charge for it if it isn't available. Beds and pillows were not very comfortable.

Pros:

The staff where extremely professional and helpful. They were the highlight of the stay.

Cons:

The facilities are in dire need of maintenance. The air on was only operating as a fan. The heating and cooling functions were not working. The shower was leaking into the room floor. The internet is far from being high speed, it was patchy and was steady at best. There were hair particles in many of the areas after cleaning.

I always stay here as the location is perfect for my purpose.
Pros:

The bed is very comfortable and the shower is powerful and gets hot quickly. The location for my purpose is perfect.

Cons:

The health breakfast should have been served with boiled eggs, instead fried eggs, which is not healthy at all.
