Oakhurst Hotel

Nice staff, very friendly and helpful. Clean and good location. The bed linnen was fantastic but the pillows need to be changed. Strongly recommend this hotel. Well worth the money!

It was not bad to sleep there. Just what was required. Just needed a bed for the night. And got the Avon and bacon health toast the morning which was delicious

Oakhurst Hotel is clean and neat. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, our stay at Oakhurst was worth every single penny

Bad and I left early because the stay was so bad I couldn't deal with staying there. Fleas in my bed. Terrible room position. Noisy.

Staff were lovely, great location but unfortunately the rooms are right at reception and very noisy. We were awoken at 4:30 and again at 6am so we will unfortunately not return

Good Clean well-located hotel in the centre of George, with good restaurants nearby, close to all amenities. Rooms are clean and the breakfast was great, all-round service is very good, i will definitely stay there again.

Excellent customer service. It is a nice place to stay either on business or with the family. The reception area was welcoming; the dining room was at all times neat and tidy.

Old place, past it's prime. Be careful of injuring yourself on the sharp corners of the old bed.. Kettle in room broken.

Even though I paid in full upfront, they seemed surprised by my visit. I waited over 5 minutes at reception before checked in

Toilet was broken ( not flushing ). 20 Year old aircon made more noise than conditioned the air.

This hotel is in need of serious maintenance / upgrades. It also misleads as 4 star, when in fact its 1.

We had a happy and comfortable time at Oakhurst. The staff were the best, so friendly and welcoming. My husband is blind so we booked the disability suite and this proved helpful. Everything worked and appeared newly refurbished. So quaint, pretty and tastefully decorated. This visit including our meals, did not disappoint.
