Hervorragende Lage, ruhiges Zimmer
Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend, die Zimmer sauber und funktional. Die Betten sind gut, Badezimmer etc. einwandfrei. Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage direkt am Viktualienmarkt war es in unserem Zimmer sehr ruhig. Das Gym, das benutzt werden kann, ist keine 100 Meter entfernt und super.

Cons:

Das Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die eingebaute Küche/Schränke etc. sind nicht die Neusten, was aber auch nicht schlimm ist... Nur bei der Preis-Leistung stellt sich da die Frage... Man bezahlt hier definitiv die Lage, nicht den Komfort/die Ausstattung...

Acertamos de lleno con este hotel
Pros:

Hemos estado 4 días en una habitación familiar con un tamaño ideal para tres personas, La habitación daba a un patio típio aleman enorme con muchísima luz y cero ruidos. Está justo enfrente del mercado así que por las mañanas alguos desayunábamos en la cafeteria del hotel y otros en el mercado. El hotel está a 6 minutos andando de Marienplatz, está tan bien situado que no hemos tenido que coger transporte publico solo taxi si quieres ver el museo bmw o el estadio del Bayern

Cons:

podría estar mejor si el gimnasio estuviera dentro del hotel pero por decir algo. Está en la misma acera a medio minuto andando y es muy moderno y completo.

Die reale Zimmerausstattung war sehr basic und spiegelte nicht das Niveau von den Bildern wieder. Die Sitzmoebel waren unbequem, die gesamte Ausstattung abgenutzt.

Zentral gut gelegen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Lage ist natürlich unschlagbar.

Cons:

Mich hat vor allem gestört, das es im Bad nur eine Badewanne gab. Zum Duschen für Personen mit Mobilitätseinschränkungen nicht gut. Habe in solch einem Hotel keine "veralterten" Einrichtungen erwartet und war ein bisschen enttäuscht. Da ich Probleme mit den Knien habe, war das Duschen sehr schwierig. Es gab auch keine Möglichkeit sich irgendwo festzuhalten.
