Alles! Selten so wohlgefühlt, die Zimmer modern, funtional, sauber und bei uns (Balkon in den Innenhof) auch ruhig! Besonders zuvorkommend war das gesamte Personal, ein tolles Frühstück mit Extras, Hilfe beim vergünstigten Parken usw. Gelungene Gastgeber, wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Super Lage mitten in der Innenstadt direkt am Viktualien Markt
Personal an der Rezeption / Empfang war hilfreich und sehr nett.

Cons:

Der Zimmerservice : nach der ersten Nacht wurden neue Getränke für die minibar auf den Kühlschrank gestellt. Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, Betten wurden nicht gemacht , neue Handtücher gab es erst nach zweimaligem Nachfragen.

Stimmiges Hotel, mit gutem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.
Pros:

Sehr angenehmer Empfang. Super Parkservice fürs Auto.
Betten sind sehr gut. Alles sehr sauber.

Cons:

Matratzen vom Doppelbett sollten getrennt sein, dass war in unserem Zimmer leider nicht der Fall.

Pros:

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed in this hotel and you just can’t beat the location. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. This trip I left something in the room and they gladly shipped it for me. Will definitely go back again.

Disappointing that the property did not disclose the out-of-proportion pet fee during the booking other than with generic "fees may apply". We were informed on our arrival that the fee was EUR80, significantly more than in any other place we have visited.
