Great location, good value for money
Pros:

The place located in a central location, nice room, nice people in reception and bar. The breakfast was The breakfast was rich and varied.

The hotel bar had a rather limited whisky selection.

Der Aufenthalt war ok .
Pros:

Die Lage, die Zimmer Architektur und Ausstattung ( Parkettboden).Das Bad und die Dusch hervorragend. Das Personal war an beiden Tagen sehr höflich und hilfreich. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Am Boden waren ein paar Fussel 🤔 nicht angenehm .
Vielleicht noch einen Punkt. Aussicht auf Viktualienmarkt hat den Nachteil das die Fenster die ganze Nacht angeleuchtet sind.

Posizione ottima.
Camera e bagno ampi.

Cons:

In bagno: pochi asciugamani e set di cortesia inesistente (solo una minuscola saponetta e cuffia per doccia).
In camera: le lenzuola non vengono cambiate ogni giorno, inaccettabile per un hotel 5 stelle.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel für Kurztrip nach München
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, man ist in ein paar Minuten auf dem Marienplatz ,Viktualienmarkt vis-a-vis, überaus freundlicher Service, hat unser Auto 🚘 in die Parkgarage gebracht und geholt, super Tipps zum Essen bekommen, einfach ein toller Aufenthalt, bis auf Wetter ☔️, kann man halt nicht buchen 😀

Concierge Aytu möchte ich hervorheben. Toller Service, extrem zuvorkommend und freundlich. Absolut Gästeorientiert

Cons:

Ab morgens um 07:30 Uhr hat eine Art Stromgenerator gelaufen. Dadurch wurden wir 2x wach. (Zimmer 112)
