Will not go back or recommend the hotel

Cons:

Pool was closed down, that was total turn off for the children, we specifically booked this hotel because of the indoor pool. The website should have informed us the pool was not available. I paid $250 for my children to swim at another hotel.

Horrible & inconvenient for a handicap person .
Cons:

As a handicap person having to vacate the bldg at 6:30am with no specific instructions provided by the hotel or its staff . Very ! Very ! Difficult to climb down 8 floors of stairs was unbearable .

At the reception super friendly the bad the room was dirty the cost is a bit expensive to get to something like that I let you know and showed the photos mo I think they will return some of my money also today July 5 only the emergency alarm sounded they did not say why they only evacuated us to be an emergency they must say the reason we had small children

Pros:

I liked that the doors were locked and you had to have a key to get in. I liked that they came and cleaned room everyday while we were out.

Cons:

I didn't like that the pool was closed. I didn't like that our water got turned off for awhile so we were without water. I didn't like that the ice machine on our floor wasn't working. I did not like that there were clothes left in the drawer by previous guest that tells me the room was not cleaned properly.

Don't do it, go further away from the riverwalk. This spot is not it.
Pros:

Location, convenient and close to walk around the Riverwalk. Steps down and a 5 minute walk you are there. Mall and good places to eat around, like panaderia.

Cons:

Parking is not included is a first. If you're staying with little kids, parking at the structure and walking over is a drag. Valet parking is $50 A NIGHT, INSANE. Even in LA spots are $25 for valet, it's crazy. Also the aesthetic in the room and just the overall feeling just feels gross and old, just not clean.
