We had a great time for the cost! It could be much better if the items I mentioned were taken care of.
Pros:

Very close to the river walk.

Cons:

The dirty soiled sofa in our room. The pool needed some TLC also.

Definitely would not stay again.
Pros:

We were moved to another hotel down the street because they had double booked our room. The breakfast staff was great!

Cons:

The TownPlace suites were terrible. The beds were broke, we had bugs in our room, and they refused a refund or for us to cancel on short notice.

This was our first time staying here, however it won’t be the last. Great stay.
Pros:

It was clean, quiet, and great location.

Cons:

It was perfect. The only thing I would say is there’s no self parking but the parking garages were close to the hotel.

Habíamos hecho la reserva para el día sábado para salir el el día domingo pero no la cambiaron. Ellos no la pusieron el domingo para salir el lunes. Muy mal experiencia. Me tuve que regresar a Houston manejar tres horas a las 12 de la noche llegando a mi casa a las tres de la mañana todo, porque ellos hicieron un cambio que no se debía

Bueno, no puedo opinar mucho porque no me esperé pero afuera del edificio estaba muy cochino mucha tierra como que no lavan las ventanas y no lavan las paredes afuera

The issue I had with the property is that it’s only valet parking and when it’s time to check out, valet parking was so behind the lobby was full of people waiting. The breakfast area in the morning was not very clean very crowded and the choices of food were not very good. A line of people waiting for one waffle maker
