The location and staff was great, but the strong smell of dog urine and barking of dogs all night made it very uncomfort

Cons:

My room 1202 was interrupted by mechanic sounds, noises. I couldnt sleep since they disturbed me so much and were awaken multiple times.
The water keeps switching from cold and hot. Sofa, and desk chair have stain spots. Bathroom is so outdated. I thought I paid extra for a better room but I'm glad I just booked 2 nights and booked another hotel nearby to extend my stay in san antonio.

The staff

Cons:

I did not like anything in the room. Everything is old, the beds weren’t clean at all. The carpet was full of dirt and the floor was stained with stuff. The smell oof everything. There were stains of makeup and pee on the beds.

Great I was very relaxed
Pros:

Breakfast was good, parking was great, first time staying there, valet was pleasant even though I did not use them, great job

Cons:

Well when you're down town any downtown there's not much that you can change but just squeeze in the goodness between that
