Would have stayed if the situation were different.
Pros:

To be honest we did not stay at this hotel. The entire Hilton system was down and they could not check us in. However! The front desk staff were kind, friendly. They were calm in a stressful situation. Even offered me a refund, understanding we had our dog, reservations for dinner and Hamilton tickets and couldn't hope things were resolved in time. The lobby was clean, plenty of comfy seating with plugs and I would definitely give them a try again in the future.

Racist establishment
Cons:

When we arrived, the encountered a racist and profiling situation with one of your valet people. He would not let me enter the establishment and assumed I was in the wrong place. Saying “ Do you know the hotel you’re at? Are you sure this is it?” It was discrimination and embarrassing. He judged me without even introducing himself or asking me the right questions. I let staff know and although they spoke to him, I personally feel the situation was not handled or addressed properly. The guy continued to laugh about it. I kept asking for the manager and she was never available conveniently enough for my three day stay. They said the valet don’t work for them but they wear their same uniforms and obviously represent this company. Nothing was offered to compensate my family or I and I felt disappointed with my stay. We’ve stayed at this hotel over 10 times and never had this issue. I hope they reach out and try their best to fix the problem.

Will not go back or recommend the hotel

Cons:

Pool was closed down, that was total turn off for the children, we specifically booked this hotel because of the indoor pool. The website should have informed us the pool was not available. I paid $250 for my children to swim at another hotel.
