Seasonal pool & spa, mediocre hotel.

Appearance and cleanliness

Cons:

The beds were too tall and pretty firm which I usually like yet I didn't sleep well, definitely ask for non-down pillows so you have head and neck support.

Toilet seats were very low to the ground, you had to hold down to get a full flush, water pressure in the shower was not very hard.

Breakfast, toaster waffles, syrup machine not working, eggs were soupy, bacon was good. No yogurt or muffins.

No advertisement for SEASONAL POOL AND SPA, I specifically picked this hotel because I needed a hot tub before my surgery so I was pretty disappointed when I was told.

Bathroom -not walk in shower!! I My understanding is that it has been renovated,but you DID NOT convert enough walk in shower!!! 😠

Good friendly staff.
Pros:

Good breakfast ,quite area everything we need was close by. Ice machine work great.

Cons:

4th floor hallway hot .elevator sounded like it was going to break nosiey, door to 417 didn't close by it himself had to push/pull close.

Cons:

Well my daughter came from california and i rented the Hotel room for us so we could get away from my house and have some peace and quiet and set by the pool and swim so that was the only reason we booked a room there no where on the website dis it say the pool was going to be closed but when we got there the young lady said it would be closed for the day i was very disapointed especially when she said i would not get a refund nor even some sort of deal
