Pros:

The bar staff were really friendly and encouraging about the amazing promo for spinning the wheel and getting prizes. They also were very tolerant that we came down to the bar to watch the world cup matches and didn't mind us staying late. The room was basic but clean. Everyone we spoke to was really friendly.

Cons:

The room was a bit basic and out dated. The view wasn't great but nothing that would have been unexpected.

Cons:

Insgesamt der Zustand von Bad, Zimmer und Bett. Frühstückspreis (am Vorabend noch 13 Pfund pro Person und am Morgen 16,50 Pfund pro Person - der Eierpreis muss anscheinend in der Nacht extrem gestiegen sein).

Cons:

Address is Newcastle Quays, but it is in Gateshead.
It’s only a 15 minutes walk, but is a bit isolated late at night if you’re walking back from Newcastle

Super helpful and friendly reception staff, lovely clean room and bathroom, nice dining/bar area and common/sitting space.

Cons:

Air con could be better or windows to provide more ventilation as the room did get quite hot at night and trying to get ready in the morning.

Pros:

Although it was a good 15mins taxi drive from the tarin station, it is also veryyy close to Quayside. You can liyerally walk the bridge and will be in NCL. The lady at the reception was very friendly. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean as well. Although the toilet seat wasa bit old and stained( due to being old) which wasn't the biggest issue for me as I carry surface wipes with me whenever i am staying in a hotel.
The bed was firm, exactly how i prefer it and i had a good night sleep.

Cons:

Maybe the toilet seat lids and carpets can be changed as they both looked old.
