Cons:

The toilet was not clean, and there was a black stain on the white shower curtain.

The hotel says free late check-out may be possible until 1 pm, depending on availability. I asked for this the day before, but I was charged £10. In the end, I checked out before 11 am and didn’t use the late check-out, but the hotel still refused to refund me.

It felt inconsistent and unfair, especially being charged £10 for something I didn’t use.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Very good location by the river.

Cons:

Parking can be full.
Also I put 2 tables together to sit by the window on the breakfast area as I would like to sit with my friends and I was told that it’s not possible. I was disappointed.

Hotel key cards broke down every time we left the room. Saw multiple people have to do the same.

Expected more for £113
Pros:

The view of the river, fridge in room, king size bed, good size tv

Cons:

The room just looked tired.
Headboard was ripped to bits.
Window was filthy, (outside)
Could see the touch up paint.
The room Could do with being refurbished.
Car park was full, had to leave car on street or pay 30 quid to park next door.
Was not worth £112 for our nights stay.
