Server praktisch und gut
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal und gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr

Cons:

Parkhaus nicht vom Hotel und sehr, sehr teuer. Strafzettel wäre billiger denke ich :-)

Good hotel to stay at.
Pros:

The breakfast had a wide choice and was really good. I Overall, a very good hotel. I will stay there again. Close to the bus and the underground.

Cons:

We missed drinking glasses in the bathroom. would prefer to have my tablespoon on the table and NOT at the breakfast buffet. Why are they doing that? Makes no sense.

Très bon établissement
Pros:

L'emplacement est très bien car dans un quartier sympathique, calme et proche du logement de notre famille.
Le personnel est très sympathique. L'accueil est rapide.
La chambre est propre.
Petit plus : un petit lapin en chocolat nous attendait devant notre porte le jour de Pâques.

Cons:

Il serait bien d'aménager des canapés dans la partie "bar".

Pros:

Schönes u. geräumiges Zimmer, sehr ruhig zur Rückseite gelegen. Alles sauber und mit guter Ausstattung. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit ausreichender Auswahl. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Gut geschlafen und gefrühstückt – aber vom vier-Sterne-Niveau enttäuscht
Pros:

Das Buchen und Reservieren hat gut geklappt, das Einchecken an der doppelt besetzten Rezeption verlief problemlos, die Zimmer waren angenehm groß, sauber mit Schreibtisch und Sessel, es war eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer, Fernseher, Fön sowie Tee und Kaffeemaschine. Und das Frühstück war wirklich gut, jetzt nichts wirklich Ausgefallenes bis auf eine Pancake-Maschine, aber organisiert.

Cons:

Parken auf der Straße kostet tagsüber drei Euro die Stunde, ab 20 Uhr bis 9 Uhr frei. Im Parkhaus mit direktem Zugang zum Hotel, kommt man auf 35 Euro, ohne Ermäßigung für Hotelgäste. Für das Hotel mit fünf Etagen gibt es zwei Aufzüge, einer jedoch defekt, was teilweise längere Wartezeiten am Aufzug bedeutet. Im Zimmer gab es keinen Kühlschrank, der Schrank, in dem er einst war, war mit einem Brett blockiert. Auch das Tablet, mit dem man Informationen abrufen könnte, funktionierte nicht. Da beides im Nachbarzimmer vorhanden war, fragten wir die Rezeption – beides würde abgebaut und sei zukünftig nicht mehr vorhanden. Und wer jetzt denkt, er könne sich Informationen über den Fernseher holen – dieser hat kein Auswahlmenü. Man kann sich minutenlang hinsetzen und den Film anschauen oder sucht z. B. die Frühstückszeiten im Internet. Zimmerservice gibt es alle zwei Tage, sofern am Folgetag gewünscht, muss man das aber vor 20 Uhr anmelden. Für Teetrinker nur Schwarz- und Früchtetee, aber keinen Kräutertee, Kleinigkeit, aber bezeichnend. Dass der Safe nicht funktionierte (unverständliche Beschreibung führte erst zu einer Sperrung, mit Erläuterung der Rezeption funktionierte er trotzdem nicht) und dass ich keine funktionierende Nachttischlampe hatte, rundeten das Bild ab.
