check-in 時櫃檯無人值守，讓客人等待超過 10 分鐘才有人出現，顯示管理與人力安排明顯有問題。
3. 清潔與房務問題嚴重
連住兩晚，第二天完全沒有進行房務整理，也沒有提供乾淨毛巾。浴室本身也不乾淨，整體衛生品質令人不放心。
4. 設備故障卻無法處理
房間電話無法使用，導致無法聯絡櫃檯協助。房卡其中一張也無法使用，顯示櫃檯在基本設定上就有疏失。

We were only passing through town this time, but would definitely stay here again when traveling.

Highly recommend the Fairmont

Great breakfast

Cons:

The staff at the Fairmont did an excellent job. They were courteous, polite and very professional. I was checking out which motel I would like to stay. (The Fairmont or Holiday Inn Express.) The concierge at the Holiday Inn was abrasive and somewhat rude. The Fairmont was the nicer of the two motels.
