When we both poked the He hotel through Hotels.com, we were not informed that the pool is closed and that there is construction right outside the hotel. Due to this, we had issues, and when co fronted the hotel staff, they said they have written on their own website and it’s not their responsibility that Hotels.com didn’t inform us.

Also, the room smelled of cigarette even though we had requested a non-smoking room.

When asked about the spa, which was listed on Hotels.com as a special feature, the hotel management informed us that the spa service is not a part of their hotel and that any claims should be made directly to the spa hotel and not to the hotel.

Overall, we were very disappointed.

每次到深圳, 這間酒店是唯一選擇. 乾淨舒適隔音也還在水準之上. 唯一的缺點就是離地鐵站(南山)有一段距離.

滞在期間はちょうど中国の忘年会等の時期、夜になると子供たちはロビーに飛び回っていました。ホテルの人も何も言わなかったし、このような光景を見たら、仕事で疲れた人にとって、少し落ち着かないでしょう。カフェも朝食と同じところで、ゲストと話すのは微妙な気分です。

Being this was my 1st time to China, I did not know what to expect.

All of the hotel staff were accmidatindating and welcoming, never letting our language barrier interfere.
