Cons:

Katsoin ennen reissua huoneen kuvauksesta, että hiustenkuivaaja löytyy varustuksesta. Sitä ei löytynyt. Kysyin respasta, jos olisi mahdollista saada hiustekuivaaja huoneeseen. Tokaistiin hiustenkuivaajan löytyvän laatikosta. En tiedä mistä tämä laatikko löytyy. Koko vierailun ajan hiustenkuivainta pyynnöstä huolimatta ei ollut saatavilla. Hiukset jäi pesemättä. Aamulla respassa oli eri ihminen vastassa ja hän oli loistava asiakaspalvelija, joka myös huomattavasti paransi kokemusta tästä hotellista.

Cons:

Huoneet kaipaisivat päivitystä. Myös siivouksessa olisi toivomisen varaa. Aamiaispaikan katossa selvä kosteusvaurio. Kollegan huoneessa, lattialla vilisi jotain pikkuötököitä. Oman huoneen lattia oli likainen. Kaukosäätimen taustalevy puuttui, joten paristot eivät pysyneet paikoillaan.
