Best Western Plus Sun Canyon

Everything was wonderful! Very clean, comfortable and modern. Good breakfast. Excellent staff. Xavier helped us fix our tv issue and was not going to leave until it was solved. Nice pool area. We will definitely stay there again!

I liked that when I presented any problem to the staff it was addressed immediately. Mark and Xavier were the two at the front desk I had most contact with and their customer service was exceptional. Abel was another employee with amazing customer service. I kept him from pressing matters I'm sure. The breakfast was so good, but those that cooked it were always making sure I was satisfied. I am thankful to Penny and Lauren for being so nice.

This appears to be a fairly new build. The one thing that stands out is the size of the bathrooms (SMALL). This grabs your attention when you enter the room but do not let it bother you as it functions very well. Other than this one item this is a very nice hotel with a great staff.

The highlight of this stay was breakfast. It had many options both hot and cold and the lady attending to it was very friendly and pleasant. The room was standard and clean but the bed mattress was hard. The bathroom was the smallest bathroom I have encountered in a hotel but it worked and was clean. The pool and hot tub were both very dirty on the top and on the bottom. They looked like they had not been cleaned in weeks. The man who checked us in was not friendly in any way. He focused only on making us sign a contract and slapping down the room key so he could return to his drawing. When I asked a question about the contract, he was rude and dismissive. He told us nothing about breakfast, the pool, the gym, the Internet, water bottles or anything else. He was very rude and left bad first impression of this hotel. For this price point, you might compare other options.

It was clean and met my needs. Room was a little smaller that I expected.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable i didn't need to use the pillow I brought from home. The windows open so I could let in fresh air. The pool was perfect temperature for swimming any time of the day. They provided unlimited drinking water at room temperature or cold so every time I came back from hiking/walking I had good fresh water to drink. The breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel

Location good. Excellent hotel for meeting space. Breakfast was minimal. Excellent location for military stationed at Fort Huachucha. Pool and hot tub outside; full of debris. Elevators small and slow. Great locations for Tombstone and lower AZ

Clean fresh good choices sweet helpful staff

Pancakes were from an innovative machine and had good texture and taste and were nice and hot. Dinng room was a good size and very clean. Location was very good. The room was very clean and quiet, with a comfortable bed. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Newer, clean. Liked we could walk to brewery/restaurant next door. Staff vey nice and helpful.

Very clean and nice room. Friendly staff. Road construction out front was very confusing cause the route changed frequently. But overall would definitely stay there again.

We highly recommend this hotel! It was our first time staying at a Best Western Plus, and it definitely met our expectations. The property is in excellent condition, with clean carpeted floors and spotless tile in the lobby. Our room was exceptionally clean and felt like new.

The front desk staff were courteous and friendly. We appreciated that guests are required to sign a form agreeing NOT to bring alcohol into their rooms. For safety, the rear doors can only be used to exit, with one large door allowing entry from the back parking lot. Front parking is mostly reserved for handicapped guests, but there’s plenty of parking behind the hotel.

The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with fresh scrambled eggs, potatoes, and a variety of other items available. Plus, the hotel is pet-friendly!

Overall, this hotel served us perfectly on our way back from Bisbee and Tombstone. We would definitely stay here again.

How clean, the decor and breakfast had real eggs

Well maintained hotel. Room was spotless and looks like it was just renovated. Bed was comfortable and a nice easy chair to watch TV. The breakfast was the highlight of our stay. Everyday there is a different menu, so you do not have the same items every morning. They have a coffee machine that makes specialty coffees. As mentioned in other review, the bathroom is small. But I was not planning on having a party in there anyway! Close to downtown and not too far from the shopping district. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a pet friendly hotel but, I can't speak to that as I didn't have a pet with us this time. The room was very clean as well has the hotel. The Hotel is right outside of the Main Gate of Ft. Huachuca. There is a Restuarant right next door that you can walk over to that is family friendly. With a lot of outdoor seating space and a grass area for kids to play in. The Hotel has a great firepit and seating and a nice pool and a hot tub. The free hot breakfast is wonderful! This is a excellent hotel to stay at.

Great place to stay if you are in town visiting your soldier. Clean, great staff, quiet, close to the base, close to restaurants.
