Sierra vista is a great place to stay away from tourist joints but convenient to visit toombstone and Bisbee as well as

Good beds - supportive mattresses so sleeping was fine, compact breakfast but everything you would expect . Helpful staff regarding queries about food intolerances. Like most hotel places gluten free has limited options. But with our own muesli which we bought at the local COOP nearby (10/10), it was a good breakfast. Photos show ok corral show - it was entertaining plus rear of hotel - unremarkable but up to date complete with WiFi tree mast! And entrance to fort Huachuca literally across the road - but remember to pre book security access to the museum as it’s an active fort!

Cons:

Hot water took about 5 minutes of running taps/ showers to come through - staff said no one else had a problem. So no problem to fix? I assume their water bills are tolerable!!!!

Pros:

Convenient to army base for Advanced Individual Training graduation. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

Wonderful facilities and staff
Pros:

Everything was wonderful! Very clean, comfortable and modern. Good breakfast. Excellent staff. Xavier helped us fix our tv issue and was not going to leave until it was solved. Nice pool area. We will definitely stay there again!

My daughter and I were here for two weeks. We had an amazing time and were well cared for.
Pros:

I liked that when I presented any problem to the staff it was addressed immediately. Mark and Xavier were the two at the front desk I had most contact with and their customer service was exceptional. Abel was another employee with amazing customer service. I kept him from pressing matters I'm sure. The breakfast was so good, but those that cooked it were always making sure I was satisfied. I am thankful to Penny and Lauren for being so nice.

A good night's stay
Pros:

This appears to be a fairly new build. The one thing that stands out is the size of the bathrooms (SMALL). This grabs your attention when you enter the room but do not let it bother you as it functions very well. Other than this one item this is a very nice hotel with a great staff.

Decent property with room for improvements
Pros:

The highlight of this stay was breakfast. It had many options both hot and cold and the lady attending to it was very friendly and pleasant. The room was standard and clean but the bed mattress was hard. The bathroom was the smallest bathroom I have encountered in a hotel but it worked and was clean. The pool and hot tub were both very dirty on the top and on the bottom. They looked like they had not been cleaned in weeks. The man who checked us in was not friendly in any way. He focused only on making us sign a contract and slapping down the room key so he could return to his drawing. When I asked a question about the contract, he was rude and dismissive. He told us nothing about breakfast, the pool, the gym, the Internet, water bottles or anything else. He was very rude and left bad first impression of this hotel. For this price point, you might compare other options.

Pros:

The bed and pillows were so comfortable i didn't need to use the pillow I brought from home. The windows open so I could let in fresh air. The pool was perfect temperature for swimming any time of the day. They provided unlimited drinking water at room temperature or cold so every time I came back from hiking/walking I had good fresh water to drink. The breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel

The toilet paper is like tissue paper, thin and falls apart easily

Great hotel for meetings
Pros:

Location good. Excellent hotel for meeting space. Breakfast was minimal. Excellent location for military stationed at Fort Huachucha. Pool and hot tub outside; full of debris. Elevators small and slow. Great locations for Tombstone and lower AZ
