ok for one night stay, but the price is still too high
Pros:

The position is not bad . I booked for a Concert at Ippodromo La Maura and there are a lot of connection to the Ippodromo and also to the city center. The area is very safe and also the building. The room was cool without air conditioning and no noises coming from outside nor inside.

Cons:

168 euro for a single bed (I believe it was actually a sofa), with no space to hang clothes, not even a hanger for a shirt (at least I could not find them). The shower is very small and old and the water in the shower never got hot and the pressure was extremely low. It was very difficult to wash my hair, especially since it's very long. The cleanliness could have been better. I found a short black hair on the bathroom sink when I arrived. The checkin procedure is all manual at a machine in the building entrance, you need to enter all your info, copy of your passport , pay the 4 euro tax ecc. I think it can be done on your mobile to speed up the process, but anyhow, you do not get your room until you are done with it and if you need help, there is nobody there, you need to call a call center. 168 euro it is way too much for the services offered.

Ho soggiornato una notte per un concerto all’ippodromo. La posizione è comodissima e vicina alla metro !

Pros:

Camera spaziosa e pulita, vicinissimo la fermata della metro Lotto. Presenza all’ingresso della struttura di un distributore dell’acqua dove si può tranquillamente riempire la propria borraccia/bottiglia.

Appartamento vicino stadio San Siro.
Pros:

Posizione della struttura, quartiere tranquillo. Vicino ai mezzi pubblici e a mezz'ora a piedi dallo stadio San Siro.
Appartamento pulito e silenzioso dotato di tutti i confort.

Cons:

L'unica pecca area di parcheggio limitata per residenti devi cercare in zona a paganento.

Pros:

ausgesprochen netter Empfang. Und die Empfehlung für das nahegelegene Frühstückscafe war perfekt. Das Parkhaus gleich gegenüber - zu moderaten Preisen.

Ottima posizione per I-Days
Pros:

La struttura è totalmente accessibile in modo autonomo con self check in ed ingresso autonomo con codice. Posizione ottima, vicina all’ ippodromo raggiungibile a piedi durante le serate con concerti.

Cons:

Il bagno un po troppo datato e non perfettamente funzionante.

Ho chiesto il check in anticipato il proprietario mi è sembrato gentile e interessato alla richiesta. L'appartamento ha tutto quello che serve, nonostante sia molto semplice

Cons:

Poca cura del dettaglio, camere semplici, la cucina non aveva molti suppellettili per utilizzarla, lo stile un po' classico. La pulizia buona ma non impeccabile. Il prezzo alto per una notte, giustificato dalla presenza di un concerto.
