Posizione della struttura, composizione della stanza.

Cons:

Il software per il check-in è troppo lento. Al check-out sono andato via senza finirlo in quanto si era bloccato.
All'arrivo in stanza alle 18:30 l'ho trovata ancora da rifare. Dopo diversi solleciti telefonici con il referente è arrivata la signora delle pulizie, che è stata brava e veloce, ma comunque prima delle 20:30 non sono potuto entrare in stanza, dovendo aspettare nell'atrio al freddo.

Belle résidence, check-in problématique.

La propreté et la taille généreuse du logement

Cons:

La procédure de check in automatique, trop complexe et surtout intrusive : Pourquoi donner sa photo tenant sa sa carte d'identité à un système extérieur à l'hôtel, qui n'offre aucune garantie de protection des données personnelles? ( Heureusement suite à des échecs répétés de la machine, l'équipe à pris le relais et le check in s'est fait comme partout en Italie. )

Cons:

Temperatura del riscaldamento soffocante e non regolabile. Ho dovuto aprire la finestra per cui ho trascorso la notte insonne a causa dei rumori provenienti dalla strada.
Almeno avessi potuto guardare la TV, ma non funzionava!
Non mi spiego l’assurdità del comodino e luce ai piedi del letto, scomodissimo!
