Overnight stay in Humble!
Pros:

Large room , fridge and microwave large bed good shower !

Cons:

No breakfast even though it was included in booking ! Check in staff needs training in dealing with guests !

Nice hotel but complete lack of transparency or communication regarding free shuttle service.
Pros:

Nice spacious room, clean and well equipped with fridge, coffee maker, microwave.

Cons:

This hotel apparently does NOT want its guests to use the free airport shuttle. They do not communicate at all regarding how to schedule the trip. I will save you some time here: The shuttle only picks up passengers at Terminal C, door # C105. You need to call the hotel at this number once you arrive at C105: +1-281-570-4795. For some reason, this information is not available anywhere on the Booking.com site, nor does the hotel respond to questions about how to schedule it.
I had to spend quite a bit of time and effort sorting this out! You are welcome.

People using a bong to smoke weed 2 doors down outside on the public balcony, no breakfast even tho the listing said it served breakfast and was included. The room smelled, the room looked NOTHING like the pics in the description

pas d'équipement, exemple, il y avais des dose de café, mais pas de cafetière, il n'y a pas non plus de petit déjeuner alors que l'on a payer pour, les dessus de lit était trouées. un sac poubelle du précédent client encore dans la chambre

Sufficient but wouldn’t bother.

Close enough to the airport

Cons:

Charged more than we were meant to be, the booking when we booked was considerably cheaper. Mainly booked so we could have breakfast before we hit the road. NO BREAKFAST was provided even though we’d paid for it in then booking. Could use a bath mat, has potential to slip over if not careful after showering.
