Great value for the money
Pros:

The hotel is located very close to Istanbul Exhibition Center. I was attending Data Center Eurasia event and the hotel was a great choice as a location and good value for money. The staff was very helpful and served all my needs.

Cons:

There was only Nescafe at breakfast. I would appreciate filter coffee and espresso.

Cons:

I am reporting a serious incident of verbal harassment that occurred during my stay at this hotel on September 29, 2026.

On my last night, after a very tiring 12 hours exam and rainy evening, I asked the receptionist to help me order food because I do not have a Turkish phone number, the receptionist refused, called me "a problem," and used a severe Turkish obscenity meaning "fuck off." The actual word was Siktir. When I asked why he was speaking to me that way, he told me to "shut up" in front of the hotel manager. The manager did not intervene.

I felt unsafe and distressed. This behavior violates Booking.com's policies against harassment. I request that this incident be formally investigated.

Pros:

Pros:

Cons:

Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim
Pros:
