La amabilidad de todo el personal. Una estrella especial para Antonella 💜. Excelente desayuno, por variedad y calidad. La pastelería se hace en el hotel, todos los aplausos. Muy buena cama, sábanas suaves e impecables. Muy cómoda la habitación con vistas al canal.

La música funcional las 24 horas del día, que resuena aún más en los pasillos de las habitaciones.

The hotel is in decline; it smells musty, the carpets are worn and in some areas torn, and it doesn’t look clean. Curtains falling apart . Food not good.

una vergüenza que un hotel 4 estrellas, que no es barato y al cual lo normal y logico sea llegar en auto, no tenga cochera para ofrecerles a los huespedes y la respuesta sea: tenemos para estacionar en la puerta, si conseguis barbaro y si no conseguis vas a tener que dejarlo en el estacionamientos e aca a 2 cuadrad.
