Great staff and location
Pros:

it was right in the centre and near to shops and bakery ... staff were amazing ... especially the cleaner in the spare area.

Čista soba, bazen je lep ali jako jako mali, đakuzi napolju je super.

Cons:

Malo je reći da je hrana KATASTROFA. Nejestiva, a bili smo mnogooo gladni. Oko bazena borba ko će gde da uđe, da se smesti u sedne jer je premali a bez obzira što recimo u hotelu ima dosta gostiju oni primaju i naplaćuju karte ljudima sa strane i tako dobijemo jedan jako ne funkcionalan prostor u kom nemate mesta da udahnete vazduh. Zbog nemogućnosti disanja u prostoru gde je zatvoren bazen bili smo primorani sa bebećem i decom da izađemo napolje i isprobamo đakuzi(koji je odličan- sreća u nesreći)

Pros:

Nous somme loin des standards europeens pour u. 3 etoile, heireusement que le personel est sympa.

Cons:

L'hotel fermé a notre arrivée a 23h30, heureusement que le serveur du bar d'a cote avait le numero du veilleur de nuit

Pros:

Buena ubicación, cama muy cómoda y la responsable de recepción en la mañana fue muy amable.

Cons:

Ambiente un poco desangelado. El desayuno empezaba a las 7 pero no había nada preparado. Nos ofrecieron adelantarlo, pero fue muy por debajo de lo esperado. Precio de la habitación muy elevado para lo que ofrecía.

Pros:

Clean, comfortable and cosy rooms. After the renovation this hotel became a luxury place. I hope I'll visit it again. Strong WiFi signal. One more time thank you for including in menu vegan/fasting option for the breakfast - it shows that you really care about all types of guests. Keep it up!
