Pros:

Stanza grande dall'arredamento giovanile e "industrial", da hotel a 3 stelle. Posizione fantastica e silenziosa al confine del casco viejo e a un passo da tutto. Buona colazione servita. Cucina comune al piano terra con macchina del caffè/tisane/the/acqua in bottiglia disponibili.

This hotel is the epitome of the best a boutique hotel can offer.
Pros:

This hotel is located in old town. It is a bit of a funky property with a creative use of space. Our room had a huge bathtub and skylights that opened and closed. The lighting was terrific and subtle. We loved this room. The staff was super helpful and kind. They will make you toast and fresh squeezed orange juice for breakfast. They have wine glasses if you’d like to relax on the tub with a glass of bubbly that you can pick up at the sister hotel next door. Breakfast is excellent. Below is the view from our room.

La atención de los trabajadores hasta en los más mínimos detalles como puede ser el no tener paraguas o el no poder desayunar en el hotel al día siguiente y que se encargan de que aún así puedas desayunar con un pequeño picnic que nos prepararon a mí y a mí novia y a otros inquilinos, literalmente te hacen sentir en casa y las instalaciones hermosas y la habitación muy muy muy cómoda, nada de que quejarme, si vuelvo a santiago de compostela tengo claro mi hotel

We had a great 7 day stay. The staff was great! The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Very centrally located. Small, boutique style property.
Very clean and well located, with a good breakfast buffet.
Very friendly and serviceable staff.
Specially Monica, who was able to accommodate us after a very long flight and day to Santiago.

Buena ubicación para disfrutar Santiago!
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena. La Srta Mónica fue muy amable y atenta en nuestra estadia, con quién interactuamos en nuestros desayunos, al igual que el Sr. Manuel que nos recibió al ingresar al Hotel. Tiene una ubicación muy buena, no con el ruido del Casco Histórico, y se llega caminando en 5 minutos.

Cons:

La habitación es amplia, pero la bañera ocupa demasiado espacio, casi la mitad de la misma, por lo tanto, es espacio que se desaprovecha.

Pros:

Personal, muy agradable, facilitan información y te atienden bien. Desayuno incluido. Tienes incluso una máquina de café a tu disposición gratuita. El sitio muy cerca del centro sin ser calle peatonal.

Cons:

El único problema que encontré es se oye todo cuando bajan o suben los huéspedes por la escalera. Por otra parte, es algo normal en un Hotel tan pequeño, en gran parte es falta de civismo de los huéspedes, que entienden que a las 7:30 se puede mantener una conversación por las escaleras.

Séjour idyllique et inoubliable
Pros:

Petit-déjeuner « fait maison », jus d’oranges frais et pain grillé.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le sac « petit-déjeuner » laissé dans notre chambre, car nous partions avant 8h (début du service). Merci pour cette attention.
Personnel très serviable et souriant.
Chambre très propre et espace de rangement en suffisance, même dans la salle de bains.
Emplacement très calme et à 5 minutes à pied de la cathédrale.
