Los dos recepcionistas majisimos, el desayuno muy bueno, el zumo es natural, tienes disponible una máquina para hacerte cafés, manzanilla y lo que tu quieras 24h. Las instalaciones muy bien y las habitaciones tambien muy bien. Y la ubicación excelente a 5 minutos de la catedral andando.
Si vuelvo a Santiago volveré sin ninguna duda.

Cons:

El baño esta muy bien pero no tiene puerta.
