The stay was good and the reception staff were helpful.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The check in process was easy.

Cons:

The frequency of cleaning the rooms was not daily. There was not much variety for the breakfast. I reported some of the lights that were not working and they were not fixed until I left.

Emplacement idéal (pour nous). Possibilité d'un parking fermé sur place, idéal quand on connaît la galère our se garer à Nice (sauf en double file).

Cons:

Всі 13 разів був однаковий сніданок. В деяких номерах присутній неприємний запах. В першому номері була миша (змінили номер)

Very pleasant and welcoming staff. But the hotel shall be renovated.
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming. This is the only good thing about the hotel which I can mention. There were problems with the sink of our first room which couldn’t be fixed. The staff were very responsive and changed our room.

Cons:

The hotel is very old. We stayed in three different rooms on the 6th floor, and all of them had an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. During rain, water leaks into the hotel’s loggia, which is why bucket were placed under the ceiling. As a result, there was a noticeable moldy smell throughout the entire 6th floor.
Based on feedback from our colleagues and issues on other floors, such as mice in one room on the 2nd floor and cockroaches in rooms on the 1st or 2nd floor, the conditions on the 6th floor seemed comparatively more acceptable. However, overall, I would not recommend this hotel.
