Déçue par le service
Pros:

L'emplacement, tram à proximité immédiate pour une visite du centre

J'avais réservé 2 chambres et dans l'une des chambres , il y avait une odeur insupportable. 1er réflexe du personnel d'accueil : on ne peut rien faire....finalement quelqu'un est venu déboucher l'évier.... mais odeur persistait ...obligé d'acheter un désodorisant....pas de cafetière j'ai dû la demander. Attention si vous êtes en voiture pas d'arrêt minute devant donc il vaut mieux se garer un.peu plus loin sauf si un personnel vous donne un code d'accès au parking . Mais ça dépend sur quel personnel vous tombez , moi je ne l'ai pas eu mais un autre client l'a eu......pas de chance pour moi .... Le jour du départ le responsable a été très bien s'est excusé plusieurs fois. C'était trop tard je partais ..... désolée pour cet avis je n'aime pas ce type de situation. . C'est la première fois qu'une expérience pareil m'arrive dans un 3 étoiles. J'espère que cette expérience servira pour être plus vigilant avec les prochains clients . C'est l'unique but de cet avis .

Pros:

Сподобались зручні ліжка, компактна кухня, всюди чисто. Вибір їжі стриманий, але все свіже і смачне. Номер відповідає опису і все необхідне є. Зручно поселятись. Тихо і спокійно. Номер компактний, але двом людям з собакою і двома котами було цілком зручно. І в березні прекрасний сезон квітування мімози! Шалено красиво :)

Logisticamente ben servito, il parcheggio un po caro ma nella struttura, dalle foto credevo molto meglio ma probabilmente ai piani inferiori le camere sono unpo meglio, il personale gentile, struttura un po cosi, per fare un esempio calzante un ibis in peggio

Cons:

Struttura un po vecchia estremamente minimalista chi la usa non è in vacanza ma trasfertisti di ditte, le foto sono fatte ad arte, la verita è un po'

Séjour décevant du début à la fin, clairement pas à la hauteur du prix payé.
Cons:

Personnel incapable de retrouver correctement une réservation.
Le rapport qualité/prix n’est clairement pas au rendez-vous : j’ai payé cher pour passer une mauvaise nuit avec un lit inconfortable et des douleurs au dos.

Le niveau de propreté est également très limite pour un hôtel classé 3 étoiles.

Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement. Pourtant, je voyage régulièrement dans l’événementiel et j’ai l’habitude des hôtels — j’aurais mieux dormi dans un hôtel F1.

Pros:

Très bien situé avec Tram a côté et de nombreux petits restos rapides.
Petit déjeuner copieux avec du personnel charmant et à l' écoute des personnes. Places de parking larges et privés pour 15 euros en sous-sol en supplément .

Cons:

RAS juste le soleil aurait pus revenir avec nous en Bourgogne 😔
