The hotel is in a really great location for the train and the centre of Sapporo.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful which we appreciated!
They allowed us to book a late check out at ¥1000 per hour which was really helpful as our bus was later on in the day.
The room was nice, probably the biggest we've stayed in so far. Extremely comfortable beds.
Breakfast was great for us. I saw a lot of people complain about it but it's one of the best we've had on our trip so far! Plus it's included in the price which is a big bonus.
It rained a fair bit when staying here and they have umbrellas that are free to use for the day which was great.
We would happily stay here again.

線路沿いの建物なのに電車の音は気にならなかったんですが、隣のお風呂かトイレの水の音が気になりました。
The location is great. You have everything you need for the room. Pillow menus is a plus.
Room size is quite small but that is normal in big city of Japan.
Location is only 5 mins walk from JR station. Room is clean and before is very comfortable. Free breakfast is with good spread.
