良かったです。
Pros:

値段の割には、部屋が綺麗で良かった。

Cons:

駅から近いが場所が分かりにくかった。
朝食がパン食で洋食が中心だったので、ご飯が和食があるともっと良かったです。でも美味しかったです。
コットンと髪を縛るゴムが欲しかった。

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Location was good for JR access, but might be a bit far from downtown (Odori/ Susukino) for those who mind taking time to walk.
Facility was clean, cleaning staff were very polite and pleasant.
I always love the tv JR inns have with bunch of apps so that I don’t have to use my phone to watch subscriptions.

Cons:

Amenities can be improved like there was no facial cottons. The facial cleanser/ cream usually ran out quickly without getting refilled until the next day.

The bathroom had the unpleasant odour that I almost considered asking for different room.
The fabric/ air freshener provided in the room wasn’t sufficient to mask the odour. It was very strong.

Das Personal an der Rezeption ist besonders freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht.
Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist sehr gut – es gibt unter anderem eine Gemeinschaftswaschmaschine sowie einen Bereich, in dem man Manga lesen kann.
