Aan de bar bij het zwembad was het blijkbaar een probleem om Cola Zero of Pepsi Max te verkrijgen, ook gewoon een flesje plat water lukte niet... Dit gaan vragen bij de receptie, ze gingen iemand sturen om het te bekijken maar dit is ook niet gelukt. Dit voor een 4 sterren hotel kan het beter.
Het afvoerputje van onze douche was ook verstopt hier melding van gemaakt, dit is wel de volgend dag opgelost.
Er mocht ook melding gemaakt worden voor je het hotel boekt dat er naast en achter het hotel grote renovatie werken aan de gang waren waardoor je vanaf 08:00 uur lawaai hinder van hebt.
Os funcionários foram bastante simpáticos e solícitos.
O hotel era bem localizado.
O quarto era grande e moderno.
O AC do quarto funcionava bem e refrescava rápido.
O pequeno almoço tinha uma boa variedade.
O piso -2 do estacionamento estava bastante sujo.
Não conseguíamos descansar com o barulho das obras, o nosso quarto era diretamente à frente e ouvia-se tudo (desde as 8h da manhã até às 16h).
O quarto estava em uma localização muito boa, tinhamos vista para o mar apesar de não termos pedido a mesma.
Informei que fazíamos aniversário de namoro e colocaram petalas e um espumante no quarto.

As mesas do pequeno almoço estavam muito perto umas das outras mas de resto estava tudo magnifíco.

AC didn’t work and the bathroom needs to be refurbished
Dobra lokalizacja - blisko do oceanu. Wiele dobrych restauracji dookoła. Liczne przystanki autobusowe i wypożyczalnie samochodów. Kilka sklepów w pobliżu.
Pokój z widokiem na skrzyżowanie. Bardzo mały basen. Problemy z sejfem i wyposażeniem łazienki. Bardzo kiepska obsługa podczas śniadania.
Moc hezký bazén a spa část a pool bar. Příjemná recepce, parkování v rámci hotelu.
Velmi podprůměrná snídaně. Pokoj a vybavení už měly svá nejlepší léta za sebou. Na 4hvězdičkový hotel dost slabé. Koupelna neodpovídala hotelovým standardům. Velký hluk v okolí - výstavba.

Room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was also good. Reception staff very helpful in helping with car recommendations, parking and the best places to visit on the island.
I wish the hotel had warned us of the construction work happening on the hotel behind. Work starts at 8AM and is very loud from then all day. It looks like it could be going on for quite some time too. Also the pool bar wasn't staffed very well when we spent time there. Having to use a phone left on the bar to call a staff member to come up to make drinks or to order food. Sometimes waiting for between 5 and 10 minutes for them to arrive.

The location is very handy for tour pick ups and the check in process was very straightforward. The room was spacious and the little balcony was lovely. It was also not overly expensive compared to other hotels in the area
The pool area is surrounded by building works which is not the hotels fault but something to be aware of. The actual pool as you can see if fine, and also when we were there the pool bar was closed. The other thing is that the breakfast is cold - all the ‘hot’ dishes were cold. Good selection of fruit and breads etc but the hot breakfast was disappointing. The breakfast would not put us off booking - we would just get breakfast outside the hotel instead.
