Correcte mais sans plus.
Pros:

La propreté générale de l’hôtel. L'accueil, check-in ainsi que check-out rapide et facile.
La terrasse piscine très sympa et bien placée.

Cons:

La chaleur horrible dans la chambre. Pas de clim. Si on ouvre les fenêtres pour dormir trop de bruit, donc nuits compliquées !
La salle du petit déjeuner ressemble à un sous sol, pas de fenêtre, lumière qui fait très artificielle, et il faut demander pour un café, celui en carafe est dégoutant...

Tout était très beau et propre. Petit dej avec bcp de choix.

Cons:

Petit problème, ils construisent un hôtel derrière donc en ce moment y’avait quand même pas mal de bruit !

Pros:

Le petit déjeuner est incroyable : de très bonne qualité et très complet. L'hôtel est très bien décoré, propre et le personnel très sympathique et accessible

Cons:

L'isolation phonique - on entend tous les bruits environnants et les portes qui claquent et surtout le bruit de la rue.... c'est compliqué pour se reposer. Améliorer la sécurité de la rambarde autour de la piscine qui ne semble pas très bien fixée, proposer un vrai lit double au lieu de deux lits simples ensembles.

Building site next door, we were warned beforehand. The noise was intermittent.

Pros:

O pequeno almoço é muito bom, a localização também é ótima, e o hotel é muito agradável. Recomendo, gostei bastante, um dia que retorne à ilha voltarei, foi uma experiência muito agradável.

Pros:

This hotel should be avoided it is certainly not 4 star by any scale. The lobby and some common areas have been ugraded, however the rooms remain bascally old requiring attention
Negatives:
Poor cleaning
Worn towels
Dirty floors
Noisy 6 days a week due to adjacent construction
Constant sewer smell in bathrooms
Tainted water from brown to normal greenish
Breakfast buffet is simple with powdered eggs and processed meat and cheese, all basically cold food options ordering ala carte was difficult and disappointing
Limited coffee, tea an juice mix options
Bar served boxed wine, c'mon in Portugal
Plusses:
Decent location on monumental ave in lido 5 min from ocean promenade
Close to many restaurants and shops for drinking water and edible meals
