Für einen Wanderurlaub ohne viel Aufenthalt im Hotel sicher geeignet.
Pros:

Personal bei Frühstück sehr flink und freundlich. Hoteleigene Tiefgarage sehr von Vorteil, da ansonst kaum öffentliche Parkplätze.

Cons:

Gebäck bei Frühstück nicht ausreichend vorhanden und nicht nachgelegt. Hotelzimmer abgewohnt. Reinigung im Zimmer beschränkt sich auf das Betten- machen. Zur besseren Einordnung, wir nächtigten 6 Tage.

De manière générale rien.

Cons:

Énormément de bruit car un énorme bâtiment à 20mts est en cours de reconstruction, impossible de rester dans la piscine au calme, une partie des chambres donnent sur le chantier et l'autre moitié n'a pas encore été rénovée. Les chambres non rénovées sont assez correctes sauf la partie salle de bain qui est extrêmement vielle et pas propre avec des moisissures et parfois des poils.
Personnel pas très professionnel et niveau relationnel assez médiocre. Le petit déjeuner est très basique pour un 4*. En résumé il vaut mieux rester dans des hôtels en dehors de Funchal puisqu'on retrouve un meilleur rapport qualité prix et tout est payant sur Funchal.

Вид с номера был прекрасный, сам номер был большим, на самом верхнем этаже и вид открывался полностью на океан. Была маленькая кухонька, и гостиннай зона

Cons:

Не понравился сам номер, его явно нужно обновить. Санузел в плохом состоянии, в гостинной зоне диван и кресла давно не чистили, все в застаревших пятнах, стены кое-где ободраны и даже не удосужились закрасить. В самом номере воняет старостью, особенно шкаф, в санузле тоже имеется неприятный запах. Выбор на завтраке скудный, персонал не очень приветлив.
Уборка- это только формальность. За 6 дней пребывания в отеле, в санузле даже не протирали пол, (все время пребывания лежали волосы на полу и их было много). Также ни разу не поменяли постельное белье, хотя в отеле 4 звезды должны менять раз в 2-3 дня, пыль тоже не вытиралась.
Цена в 1300€ за двоих, за 6 ночей-это нормальная цена за полноценный сервис уровня 4 звёзд. К сожалению, отель этой категории не соответствует, так как базовые услуги были оказаны некачественно.
