Super verblijf!

Cons:

helaas waren ze bij een dichtbijzijnde accommodatie aan het renoveren wat overdag aan het zwembad voor veel overlast zorgde.

Pros:

Frühstück war ok, nicht wie auf den Bildern und beschrieben, aber jeder hat sicherlich was gefunden. Die Lage war für uns ok, der Bus fährt direkt vor der Tür, falls man nicht zu Fuß gehen wollte.

Cons:

Die Poolanlage ( sehr klein) und von Baustellen Lärm umgeben. In der Etage 3 unter dem Pool hörte man ständig, das die Liegen und Stühle verschoben worden sind.

Very disappointed
Pros:

Room not soundproof. Terrible construction noise 8am to 6 pm.
Main bar and restaurant closed evenings.
Pool snack bar often no service available.
Construction noise at pool area 10 hours of day

For us it was okay but would not reccomend for this price
Pros:

I liked that the hotelroom and bathroom are big and modern looking. Also big closet / storage space. Airco also functioned really well. When you leave early for hikes and can not get breakfast they'll make a special package for you to pick up. (Don't expect much from it but nice gesture)
Nice restaurants at walking distance and Funchal Marina was with Bolt like €5
Hotel has parking space, needs to be paid daily

Cons:

Construction was mentioned but did not expect it to be this loud, woke me up in the morning. On Saturday also noise, chilling at the pool was not the vibe. That said the tables / bar at the pool were also not really welcoming.

Breakfast was inside without Windows which I did not really like just as the breakfast itself very simple. In Funchal different nice breakfast spots.

The area where you could sit for drinks during the day/ evening was also not very welcoming, bright lights and not a peacefull ambiance.

The hotelroom incl bathroom could be more dust free. Bathroom had mold in the corners of the shower. Bathroom had a window (nice) but the doors were made of glass so you had always light in the room (at night bc of the lanterns) it was light outside there was also a significant light inside. We also had no balcony which was mentioned in the booking but we did not make a complain about it.

The people were nice tho.

Big construction works
Pros:

hotel was beautiful,but the construction site next door was terrible, you had 4 men going with cangoes and lumphammers from 8 till 6.

Cons:

the noise out of the construction site next door and the dust was dreadful,Also there bar's was terrible,they had no vodka,then no pepsi,the the bar man kept leaving so ya couldnt get a drink easy,was shocking.
