La atención del Spa. La encargada poco amable en el trato. La masajista que me tocó lo hacía bien pero nada destacable. Tenía más expectativas de este servicio.
Un lugar hermoso y reconfortante
Instalaciones del hotel muy buenas, vista, cercanía, habitación cómoda, no se siente el ruido de la calle, amable personal de habitaciones, piscina increíble mirando el lago.
El bar del hotel entrega comida de baja calidad y personal no fue amable. Desayuno un poco pobre para las estrellas del hotel, poca variedad

Esperaba un mejor estándar para un 5 estrellas. El Desayuno buffet era de una calidad media-baja.
Tiene detalles q lo hacen molesto, por ejemplo, la ducha mojaba todo el baño y la llave estaba rota.
Café da manhã, spa, conforto dos quartos, restaurante. Hotel fica em frente à fábrica de chocolate da Havanna.

El gimnasio era muy caluroso, no tenía aire acondicionado y llegaba directo el sol. Pero lo demás todo bien.

El desayuno sensacional. Las vistas al lago excelente, la atención del personal muy bien. Los mozos un 10/10, las instalaciones. La piscina super limpia el agua temperada a punto.
El aislamiento de las paredes, PESIMO! Se escucha todo de la otra habitación estuve 3 dias y escuche 3 dias ronquidos y como hablaban los vecinos. Le comente al recepcionista y me dijo que imposible que tenian buen aislante. No dieron ni una solucion. Como cmabiar a cuartos que estuviesen solos o algo asi.

Reglamento del sauna de sólo 30 minutos de permanecer y 30 minutos para limpiar, es absurdo. El personal del sauna poco afable.
La habitacion de mi hijo,de igual precio era muy fea, sin batas de levantarse.

Zu wenig Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet.
Das Frühstücksbüfett war sehr bescheiden. Es gab zwei Aufschnitte und einen Käseaufschnitt. Kein Müsli. Keine Brötchen. Obstsalat viel zu fein geschnitten.
Wir mussten 30 Minuten warten, bis wir unser Zimmer hatten. WC war verstopft. Kaum Steckdosen in der Suite. Kein Flaschenöffner. Das Schwimmbad sehr unsauber und leider durch den Glasflur zum Frühstücksraum sehr ungünstig gelegen. Lange verschachtelte Flure. Der lange Flur zum Frühstücksraum war sehr schwül, durch das Schwimmbad.

Fue mi cumple durante mi estadia y me hicieron llegar a la habitación una mini torta.
