Limpieza, personal muy atento, la piscina es espectacular
Las camas deberían ser un poco más grandes
El Alma del Lago es un hotel lindo, bien ubicado y relativamente cerca del centro de Bariloche, con una vista al lago realmente espectacular, que sin dudas es uno de sus mayores puntos a favor.
La habitación estuvo correcta y la cama era muy cómoda, aunque nada particularmente destacable. Incluso resultó un poco pequeña para la categoría y el valor del hotel. El baño también quedó por debajo de lo esperado para un cinco estrellas, sin demasiados detalles ni sensación de lujo.
La pileta está bien y se disfruta, pero tampoco genera un efecto “wow” acorde a la categoría que el hotel pretende ofrecer.
El desayuno cumple, aunque nuevamente queda corto para un hotel cinco estrellas: el café era malo y la calidad/variedad de la comida bastante normal.
En definitiva, la experiencia no fue mala, pero sí sentimos que el precio de la estadía es demasiado elevado para un servicio e instalaciones que no terminan de estar a la altura de un verdadero cinco estrellas.

Siempre tuve espectivas por las fotos de publicación aveces suelen ser un poco mentirosas y exagerada, pero la vista de este hotel es lo máximo, seguida de la atención del personal excelente y mu buena preparación para la atencion del público su paciencia es valorable, y después la pulcritud en limpieza de las instalaciones...simplemente gracias

El desayuno muy bueno y con hermosas vistas
la habitacion fue un fiasco. La vista al lago oculta por por el techo de chapa del restaurante, necesita remodelacion, era una de las mas caras y pesima ubicacion para ver el lago. muebles obsoletos, piso desparejo.

Excelente lugar, desde las instalaciones hasta el personal. Todos muy atentos y con buena disposición. La comida que ofrecen en el restaurante es de lo mejor.
Las vistas desde la habitación 10/10.
El nivel de la comida ofrecida en el bar, no era tan bueno aunque venían de la misma cocina.
