Liked everything about the property. You aren’t able to do a later check out past 11am but that’s ok as they do allow you to leave your bags in the hotel if you have a later flight in the afternoon/evening.

Pros:

This place was probably a grand, fine hotel. In 1990. It really needs a renovation. The service is super strange (the toiletries are in the lobby on folding. Tables, for example). I’d pass unless I had no other options. We made a mistake.

Bed and pillows were OK but could have been better.
Fresh set of towels at the door every morning.
Overall it was a really nice hotel. Nobody can beat its location.

Pros:

Good location but have to walk a while to Sapporo station and there are some stairs basement alley so if you have big luggage, prepare for it. Easy access to subway as well.
Room was old and small but clean. Breakfast was amazing as it is on ads.

Pros:

The breakfast is very good. I especially liked the reclining chair with ottoman in the room.
Although the property is old and will close at the end of May 2024, the room was fine.

This hotel is near to many malls which is great for family with young kid. The "western" breakfast is good with many variety and good for family with young kid. The "japanese" breakfast set is a nice experience as you enjoy a city view from top hotel floor. The room is half a "century" old so do not expect too much. The cleanliness of the room is really lacking. I wish the toilet is a little more well furnished. The experience with this hotel is mixed, I really like the location and breakfast, but not the room and the room-keeping.

The hotel is excellently located, a few meters from the station, the equipment is outdated, even though we had a non-smoking room, the room smelled of smoking, the breakfast was excellent, the wifi connection was slow
