Pros:

Behagelig beliggenhet og ro over hele hotellet. Vi var der samtidig som både en stor bursdag og et brylupp, men dette var nesten ikke merkbart. Fasilitetene, plassen og atmosfæren var fantastisk.

Cons:

Personalet virket opptatt. Var et tidspunkt i 17 tiden da resepsjonen var tom f.eks.

Everything was great. The service and staff were excellent. The breakfast was good. I will definitely book this hotel again when I’m in Oslo.

Lysebu is a welcome paradise and is the best hotel I've stayed in.
Pros:

Beautiful surroundings, extremely clean and well kept. Very friendly staff and excellent facilities.

Veldig bra!!
Pros:

Vi har akkurat kommet hjem etter en overnatting hos dere på Lysebu. Vi hadde en opplevelse med noen irriterte og litt sure kunder som ikke var helt fornøyde i resepsjonen, men:
Det var vi! Tenkte at bak de negative tilbakemeldingene og surmulingen så tenkte vi det hadde vært koselig med en positiv tilbakemelding også:

Så her kommer den: alt var topp!! Hotellrommet rent og pent og helt topp. Maten og restauranten veldig god og helt topp, badeavdeling var helt super duper, rent, pent og innbydende. Og sist men ikke minst resepsjonen: snakk om positiv type, og selv om han ble møtt av en negativ holdning fra noen av gjestene så tok han det så pent og svarte så fint og rolig og var så positiv!
Veldig bra jobba!!
