Pros:

Das Hotel liegt kurz hinter dem Holmenkollen und liegt wunderbar ruhig mit atemberaubenden Blick in die Natur! - Das Hotel selbst ist in alten Holzhäusern und hat einen warmen Chalet-Charakter.
Der Service ist beim Check-In und Check-Out sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und die Betten von guter Qualität inkl. der Kissen und Matratzen. Das Restaurant am Abend bietet eine gute, teilweise sehr gute Küche! Auch hier ist der Service großartig gewesen!
Exzellenter Service am späten Abend, als es im Nachbarzimmer keine Nachtruhe gab. Hier ist der Service sehr schnell und effizient eingeschritten. Danke!

Cons:

Das Zimmer benötigt dringend eine Renovierung! Das ist nicht Vintage, dass war abgewohnt! Überall waren abgestoßene Holzfunierkanten zu sehen. Das gleiche Bild im Restaurant.
Das Frühstück war knapp durchschnittlich und dem Haus nicht angemessen! Eine begrenzte Auswahl und Kaffeevarianten konnten „weil so viel los ist“ nicht gereicht werden. Also selber durch das ganze Haus und an einer freiverfügbaren Kaffeebar den Cappuccino selber gemacht🙄. Zwischendurch abräumen wäre auch eine dankbare Option gewesen…

Nette Atmosphäre, nettes Personal aber viele Defizite in Ausstattung der Zimmer und Service

Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, Atmosphäre, sehr gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Sehr kleines Zimmer, mit sehr kleinem Bad, in 3 Tagen kein einziges Mal Cleaning Service, keine neuen Handtücher, keine Betten gemacht. Das Bett war kein Doppelbett, sondern 160cm Breite. Der Abzug im Bad funktionierte nicht, Abfluss hat stark gerochen.
Man sollte für das Restaurant vorab per Email reservieren, die Email hat das Restaurant nicht erreicht.

An ein 5-Sterne Hotel habe ich klar andere Erwartungen.

Soggiorno di pace e relax sulla neve
Pros:

L'hotel e la camera hanno un bellissimo stile caldo e accogliente, il letto è il più comodo mai trovato in un hotel, il personale è gentilissimo e i servizi come la piscina con la sauna e palestra e la colazione sono ottimi. Lo consiglio per passare un soggiorno nella pace e bellezza della natura lontano dalla confusione della città, anche se facilmente raggiungibile. Una nota in particolare: che buoni i saponi!
