Wonderful elegant hotel with matching customer service.
Pros:

Convenient location, large beautiful room with a great view over the strip, awesome bathroom, great gym and friendly helpful staff.

Would stay at the hotel again. Can’t fault it. Excellent in every way.

I was pleasantly surprised how modern the hotel was. Everything was great. The staff were friendly and helpful especially in recommendations of where to go to eat and where to visit. Could not fault anything about the hotel. Mini bar was free, fruit platter and other nice touches that were made. Convenient to the House of Dancing Waters.

Perfect service = perfect stay
Pros:

Wow, what a hotel. This could potentially be the best hotel we have ever stayed at.
I primarily say this because of the service. Every need of ours was anticipated and far surpassed.
When we first arrived (ahead of check-in time, extremely tired and jet lagged), they made a room available for us immediately. They even had time to fill it with balloons for my birthday :-) As no rooms with a view of the Cotai strip were available when we arrived, they held a room for us to move into the next day ... and provided a birthday cake as well.

The turndown service was unbelievable ... each night we arrived back to a room that was tidy beyond belief (they even folded all of our dirty clothes we'd thrown on the floor!), with 'surprises' left on our beds (like face masks, or sprays to help us sleep).

Additionally, the room itself was a great size and well equipped, as were the amenities provided. For example we had child sized bathrobes and slippers, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shower gel etc.

And when it came to check out, the porter was already at our door to escort us and our bags to the hotel shuttle, which we had asked the concierge about the previous night.

The location of the hotel was also great - we had a perfect view down the strip, seeing the 'Eiffel Tower', the Londoner, etc etc. Great to see the nights at light.

I highly recommend booking here, you will feel like royalty.

Pros:

部屋がとても綺麗。広くて、眺めも最高。水場も広く、浴槽も大きい。朝ごはんも美味しく、会場がおしゃれ。スタッフも気が効いていて丁寧。　初めてのマカオ旅で、質問にも答えてくれた。

Cons:

特になし。おもてなしが多く、フルーツが食べきれず申し訳ない。

Exceptional stay!
Pros:

I absolutely loved my stay here. The Asian-style interior design is stunning - elegant, calming, and beautifully detailed throughout the property. My room was incredibly spacious, with a fantastic view and everything kept in pristine condition.

The staff were outstanding - attentive, warm, and genuinely caring. A special shoutout to the housekeeping team: the room cleaner went above and beyond, noticing small details like the glasses we left out and thoughtfully leaving us cleaner wipes for them. That level of attention truly made the stay feel personal and luxurious.

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates exceptional service, comfort, and design. I’ll definitely be coming back!
