The hotel was nice, but the receptionist could have been more welcoming and friendly.

To be honest, this was the first time I encountered hotel staff, especially the receptionist, who did not seem properly trained to welcome guests with a smile or a friendly attitude. Exceptional Service During a Stressful Situation

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza and want to highlight the amazing support I received from the staff. I found myself in an extremely stressful situation during my stay, and the team went above and beyond to help.
The staff were extremely helpful and considerate at every step, taking the time to understand what I needed and handling everything with genuine care. Their professionalism and kindness made a real difference — what could have been an overwhelming experience was made so much easier thanks to their excellent support.
It's rare to encounter this level of attentive, compassionate service, and it truly stood out. I'm very grateful to the team for turning a difficult moment into a manageable one, and it's a big part of why I'd happily return to this hotel.

Stay was perfect!
Pros:

The rooms were very clean and well maintaned and the room service was phenomenal.

Cons:

The location was a bit far away from New Delhi. The traffic meant that sometimes we spent an hour reaching places in New Delhi.
