I am deeply disappointed regarding our recent stay at this hotel.

From the moment we walked in, there was a clear atmosphere of disrespect towards women. At reception, the gentleman at the front desk was extremely unfriendly. We did not feel welcome at all. He avoided eye contact with me and handled the check-in process in a very cold and dismissive manner. It was an uncomfortable and disappointing start to our stay.

Unfortunately, the experience did not improve. In the restaurant, the two women in our group were not even given menus, which we found both inappropriate and disrespectful. To make matters worse, the wrong dish was served, and the food quality overall was far from impressive.

Additionally, there was a wedding taking place at the hotel during our stay. The noise levels were excessive, and we were unable to get any proper rest. We were not adequately informed about this event beforehand, and it significantly affected our experience.

Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing. The lack of hospitality, professionalism, and basic courtesy was unacceptable. In our opinion, this hotel does not reflect the standards one would expect.

L'attention au restaurant Mosaic. Cher, j'ai paye beaucoup de taxes et le service pauvre.. le serveur a touché ma nourriture avec le main. j'ai réclamé et après c'est rien passé.. jusqu'a maintenant ne se regle pas mon payement. J'ai paye un montant dans ma carte de credit et jusqu'a maintenant ne se regularise pas. Cher et pas comme j'i pense quand j'ai vu les photos et publicité

I would stay again and would recommend!
Pros:

Loved the location of this hotel. The staff were so helpful and friendly and the hotel itself was stunning. The food was excellent and there was a wide variety of options. A standout moment for me was the care and attention my mum received after being unwell. The staff found out through the housekeeper. They phoned her room and ensured she was looked after and completed wellbeing checks in. My husband and I also booked massages in and the staff were great - a lovely masseuse called Jyoti did my massage and I had a wonderful experience with her.

Cons:

The reason I could not give this property a 10/10 is the way they handled breakfast time when it was busy. There is not enough seating for guests and people who were attending a wedding were also eating in this area. We finally got a table and I asked the staff multiple times to get the table and floor cleaned as there was mess everywhere. It took 25 mins for this to take place and this was quite annoying.

Good location near metro but a bit far out of the centre
Pros:

Good location near metro station but does take 45-60 minutes into centre. Plenty of food option nearby. Good well equiped gym and excellent breakfast

Cons:

Pidgeon mess around the pool and in it but seems to be typical of India as this was the 3rd hotel we stayed at where the pool was in a similar condition
