No nos gustó la ubicación ni la calidad vs precio
Pros:

Fueron muy amables (por error, cogimos una noche de menos y nos dieron una habitación disponible por el mismo precio y además, mejorándonos la habitación). Es una zona muy bonita

Cons:

No tienen apenas aparcamiento (tuve que pagar 14$ por la primera noche) e igualmente, todos son al aire libre. No tuvimos conexión hasta el final (no fue problema de ellos), la playa no es privada (puede ir cualquiera, que no me parece mal pero me resultó publicidad engañosa). Al final, Tulum como tal no es para quedarse si hay sargazo (no tiene culpa el hotel) y pilla lejos para moverse. Os recomiendo mirar por Akumal si vais a moveros o para irte de resort, Playa del Carmen (aunque sea muy turístico).

Pros:

Hotel v perfektnej lokalite. Zaujímavý koncept izieb. Milý a nápomocný personál. Pláž bola krásna, avšak bohužial sme trafili obdobie sargas riasy. Každé ráno však prebiehal úklid pláže.

Cons:

Na ubytovaní mi chýbal fén na vlasy a celkovo bol zákaz používať vlastný fén. Chýbal tiež minibar na izbe - bolo však možné malé množstvo potravín umiestniť do spoločnej chladničky.

Cons:

Ha kovetkezore foglalnek inkabb a tengerparti szallasokat valasztanam, mert ejszaka nagyon hangos volt a belso kertre nezo szobank is, ugyanis a fout mellett helyezkedik el a hotel.
A szoba, a tengerpart es a reggeli azonban kivalo volt.

Parfait pour quelques jours au calme à Tulum

WC près de la douche..
Le service de laundry est HORS DE PRIX - Allez en ville, ça coute rien et c'est très fiable et rapide
Le chauffeur qui est venu nous chercher à Cancun a failli nous faire avoir un énorme accident ! Très dangereux

Bonne localisation
Pros:

La proximité à la plage, le design des chambres, le fait d’avoir un parking

Cons:

La chambre que nous avions n’était Pas trop adapté à tes enfants en tout bas âge nous avons dû descendre le matelas et donc n’avons pas profiter de 50 % de la surface de la chambre (trop dangereux avec l’escalier et le fait que il y avait un jour dans lequel pouvait se jeter les petits). La douche inodait la salle de bain.
Rien à voir avec l’hôtel. Nous sommes tombés aussi sur une période de Sargasses plage devant l’hôtel, etait moins paradisiaque qu’escompté. Peut-être que la prochaine fois je me renseignerai avant de réserver.

The staff was wonderful and it’s a great place if you plan to explore the area.
Pros:

All of the staff were incredibly nice and helpful, especially Nico. He helped us book our airport shuttle and a few tours, and he was always willing to give recommendations for things to do and places to visit. We also rented a scooter and some bikes through them, which was really convenient. It made it easy to go downtown and explore some of the cenotes around the area. Overall, it was a great experience and the staff made our stay even better.

Cons:

One thing to keep in mind is that this is definitely not a resort. I wasn’t expecting a luxury resort experience, but it’s good for future guests to know what to expect. The rooms are fairly simple, with no TV or refrigerator, but super clean. That said, if you’re planning to spend most of your time out exploring, doing tours, and not staying at the hotel all day, it works perfectly as a base.

Another thing to be aware of is the seaweed on the beach. During our stay there was a lot of it, I know this is a common issue in the area, but it’s something to keep in mind if beach time is a big priority for you.

Som at sove på stranden
Pros:

Super beliggenhed i Tulums strand/hotelzone. Flot arkitektur, meget behjælpeligt personale. Vi så havet fra værelset. Hørte vind og bølger hele natten (ret højt).

Cons:

Toilettet var ikke adskilt fra resten af værelset, kun skærmet. Det vidste vi godt på forhånd, men det viste sig at være mere generende end ventet.
Det var rart at komme i AC-klima indenfor, men anlægget forsynede desværre kun 1. salen i den enhed vi lejede. Forventer også et lille køleskab på værelset til den pris. Delekøleskabet var lidt rodet.

Personeel welke iedere dag met een smile het eenvoudige ontbijt (met evt. extra's tegen betaling) klaar maakten!

Cons:

Parking, er zijn maar 3 parkeer plekken, die altijd VOL waren, dus moest er worden aangepast, iedere dag. Heb zelfs 2x achter de auto van de eigenaren gestaan noodzakelijkerwijs. Heb dan wel mijn sleutels achter gelaten, voor het geval zij een boodschap (of zo) moesten doen!

Pros:

Wpisania obsługa hotelu, bardzo miła i pomocna na każdym kroku. Nie do końca spodobał nam się pokój więc dostaliśmy upgrade w bardzo korzystnej cenie.

Cons:

Trochę ubogie śniadania. Kobieta się naje, mężczyzna niekoniecznie ale to naprawdę drobny szczegół.
