Arrived little late. Property was locked and no one picked the phone number written on the door. stranded with little kids in the middle of the night. Very unprofessional .
Great location for my bike tour from Uxbridge to Haliburton. Very accessible to downtown Lindsay and to a storage facility where I have my boat. The staff helped me wash my bike off with a hose which was great customer service.
More trees would make it look less austere and my neighbours were idling their pickup trucks at 6 am for over half an hour. It felt like a gas station rather than a motel.
The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful! It was our anniversary and they left a lovely little card in the room for us, with sparkling wine and chocolate:-)

The location was convenient for me I liked that it had laundry on site I liked the Green space they had
I didn't like the cleanliness of the room I didn't like the management the way that they treated me I didn't like the staff aside from one or two were friendly The fridge broke on our stay the TV broke on our stay There was Uh burn holes and Dirty walls in our room We ask for non-smoking room we got a smoking room Have the amenities that they put on The website are not there The part machines were old and had old pop in them they were flat The carpet in the room was like I don't know how to explain Sticky and Just Dirty You couldn't use any of the cupboards or drawers in the bathroom they were all drilled shut And so we're the ones beside the bed Really special The shower curtain was And disgusting Wait with a yellow Black bottom

when we realised that the satellite wasn't working they guys at the front had a tech in within 5 minutes, and he had replaced the receiver and solved the problem for us very quickly. Very friendly, Would book here again.

Staff at check-in were pleasant, and the check-in experience (mostly completed online was satisfactory)
Where to begin? Air Condition in the room had broken grates, was dirty, and so loud one could not use it and think at the same time. The lid of the coffee-maker was also broken. Ominous beginning of the stay.
The real issue began the next morning upon awaking, when the power went out. Not only did the power go out, water was not available either. No pressure in the taps. Couldn't bathe, brush teeth, get a drink of water, or take my morning medication.
No response from calling front-desk (repeatedly). Walked over, and heard the staff member advising another guest there was nothing they could do, management was notified, this had happened last year (!!!!), but there was nothing done to mitigate the problem. No generator on site.
As water was needed to prevent a serious medical issue, and I was on a tight timeline, I had to call a taxi to pay for a water at a nearby store, and get a quick facial wash in a gas station bathroom before proceeding on my way to a planned event.
The power being temporarily unavailable is bad enough, but no water for your guests is a serious health and safety issue. I'll not only be asking for a full-refund, but I'll be contacting relevant municipal and provincial authorities to investigate what occurred. Not acceptable at all. Full stop.
