Cons:

The staff was rude. The breakfast stopped refilling food at 9AM with one more hour before closing at 10AM. The breakfast was a joke with a few ugly apples and bagels. I don't know what food was supposed to be there as all the trays were empty. The refrigerator in the room was loud and kept us awake. No water bottles in the rooms. No toothpaste and toothbrush kits. It was not a good experience. We should have stayed at a different hotel.

Cons:

It was extremely loud. Teens were playing in the hallway well past 10pm. I called the front desk and no one ever came. I ended up needing to ask them to go back to their rooms and keep it quiet. I had to be up at 5am and this was quite a disturbance to my sleep.
