Perfect place for Queentown stay.
Pros:

The location was great- just a 5 -10 minute walk down hill to restaurants, the harbor and gondola ride. The apartment was very spacious, and clean with a fully stocked kitchen. It faced a courtyard which was nice for sitting outside . Covered parking is onsite.

Limited facilities but close to town centre
Pros:

Relatively close to town centre which is helpful, entrance is via a steeply inclined road.

Cons:

Our room had 2 bedrooms, neither, sadly, had any views. It faced onto a central patio. The bathroom was ok but a hairdryer was damaged. The smaller bedroom lacked any windows and was very dark and stuffy. No senior staff were in reception, 2 coffee pods was all that was provided in our kitchen for 4 adults. Asking for some more we were told that’s all they had! Compared to all our other accommodation bookings, this place felt impersonal.

Pros:

Location and facilities.

Cons:

The room 304 got very warm.
The hotel kindy provides 2 portable air-conditioning units, but they are not very effective.(instructions were followed to operate them but still not effective) the 2 fans helped a bit.

We got an upgrade to an amazing suite- the Ben Lomond. Spectacular views, huge deck, huge apartment. Great that parking is provided. Fantastic location.
