Family break in Queenstown
Pros:

Location and facilities.

Cons:

The room 304 got very warm.
The hotel kindy provides 2 portable air-conditioning units, but they are not very effective.(instructions were followed to operate them but still not effective) the 2 fans helped a bit.

Pros:

We got an upgrade to an amazing suite- the Ben Lomond. Spectacular views, huge deck, huge apartment. Great that parking is provided. Fantastic location.

Great location and spacious condo unit
Pros:

Really great location with an apartment/condo that was spacious and accessible. Just a few minutes walk to the action. And the staff were helpful and friendly. The Glebe was better than my expectations and if I needed a three bedroom again I'd definitely book The Glebe.

Good location but need to fix the problems mentioned.
Pros:

Location was close to town and the apartment was spacious with parking on site

Cons:

The beds in the back room were too soft and offered no support. One of the guests struggled with a bad back for days after staying there. The coffee machine was useless. There was no air conditioning and the back room especially got very hot and had no windows to open. The plug in air conditioner was not effective.

Exceptional location. The apartment was huge with lots of space. It had everything we wanted plus more. It was such a high standard of accomodation. The beds were huge.

The room was very clean and had everything you needed in the way of cutlery, crockery and kitchen appliances.

Location was great.

Cons:

The sewage small from the main bathroom drains everyday and night was that bad we had complained and then had to put a wet towel over the floor wastes to prevent smell coming into our room
