Pros:

Vi reiste storfamilien, 13 stk. Yngste 10 mnd og eldste 80 år. Gode store rom med god aircondition. God frokost, bordene var merket med navnene vår, god glutenfri frokost også. Damene som jobbet der var kjempe blide og utrolig på tilbudssiden. Hjalp oss å bestilte taxi, buss fra Verona etter opera besøkt og bordbestillinger til ulike restauranter. Vi hadde et par som forlovet seg på turen og da var det gratulasjoner på frokostbordet dagen etterpå.

Har ingen negative kommentarer. Vi hadde alt vi trengte alle sammen.

Ottima la posizione, 5 minuti a piedi dal centro. Molto comodo il parcheggio sotterranea a 15 euro al giorno. Staff molto gentile e colazione varia.

Cons:

Camere datate, rovinate. Ho scelto una stanza vista lago, pagando 10 euro in più, ma la vista era sul cortile interno (e non credo che esistano camere vista lago data la posizione dell'hotel). Corridoio sporco

Gostei muito do atendimento das funcionárias, prestativas, simpáticas e sempre oferecendo ajuda. A localização é ótima, em local muito tranquilo, mas próximo ao Centro onde há comércio e muitos restaurantes. O café da manhã muito bom.

Cons:

Há degraus para acessar a recepção do hotel. Creio que poderiam melhorar a acessibilidade quando se chega com mala pesada. Na cidade, é muito difícil encontrar táxi disponível, assim precisei ir a pé até a estação de trem levando mala pesada e sob sol muito quente, distância de 1 km e 400m! Foi árduo!

Einfache, saubere Unterkunft. Sehr praktisch gelegen, wenige Fussminuten von der Altstadt und dem Lago entfernt. Parkhaus beim Hotel sehr praktisch.

Cons:

Zimmer war sehr warm, Lüftung funktionierte nicht richtig. Übernachtung für das was es bietet schon eher teuer.

AIR CONDITIONING NOT FUNCTIONING IT 32 Celsius!!!!
Pros:

On check-in at the reception, the reception was very cordial and very helpful. BUT we quickly found out the air conditioning is not functioning and we're not given any certainty when it would be repaired. It is June 18, 2026 outdoor temperature of 32 degrees celsius. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE.
