Fantastic hotel very friendly helpful staff great location near beach shops. Will definitely go back rooms were very spacious and so clean pool fab.

The hotel was clean, well run;the food was of a high standard and the staff were friendly, caring and helpful. Close to the beach, port, restaurant and shops.

Very good hotel. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Food is lovely (although not a huge selection) and evening entertainment was good for the children but does only go on until 10pm. Very clean facilities. This is our second visit and we really enjoyed it again.

Not a bad hotel by any means....I must point out that the photos flatter to deceive and it looks a lot more basic in the flesh.

The location is generally good as it's near a selection of restaurants and the bus routes that run up the north east coast of Mallorca.

The breakfast is good - the same standard continental breakfast you get in most chain hotels in Europe.

The beds could be a lot more comfortable, as well as the sofa in the room.

One piece of advice I'd give is that when paying upon arrival at the hotel, the card machine will offer an option to pay in euros as well as GBP - I'd advise selecting euros, as when I selected GBP there seemed to be some discrepancy with the exchange rate and I ended up paying £55 more that expected.

Restaurant staff : incredible service by José and its team

Room : we can hear everything from the other rooms and from the outside. So if the neighbours are noisy late at night or early morning…. Forget the sleep! It does need some love !!

Staff at the front desk : service is ok but lack of speaking English makes it difficult to communicate properly.

First time here it wont be the last great food staff and entertainment in the evening they could not be more helpful and a fantastic pool.

Just spent 11 nights at this hotel on half board basis and throughly enjoyed it, it was very clean and the staff were great very eager to please, spacious rooms and lovely big balconies, my only criticism is the indoor pool is very small and the outdoor pool was freezing, not too far from the beach and a supermarket right outside for all your needs.would return in the future.

Great hotel, very friendly staff in the restaurant. Beautiful pool and a lot of free activities like kids’ club, volleyball and small soccer field, table tennis and indoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Breakfast buffet was excellent. We were very happy with our room and view of the pool and had a great time. The outdoor pool was a bit cold though and at night the hotel was pretty noisy. But all in all we had a lovely stay. It ended on a not so great note though as the hotel booked a taxi to the airport for us. The “taxi” charged us overprice and didn’t take card payment. Next time er please get a legit taxi for people and make sure your guests aren’t cheated.

Hintalaatu suhde oli loistava. Aamupala oli todella kattava ja monipuolinen. Tenniskentän varaus oli helppoa ja edullista.

Booked to go relatively last minute to Majorca and chose Alcudia - hadn’t been there for nearly 20 years.
Hotel was lovely, we chose All Inclusive which was excellent value.
Choice of food at each meal time was really good and staff were always polite helpful and courteous
Walked into Alcudia a couple of evenings for dinner - there’s an excellent choice of bars and restaurants
Didn’t get to the beach so can’t comment
A lovely weeks holiday all round, would recommend Alcudia and the Grupotel Port d’Alcudia Hotel

A good hotel with spacious studio.
Breakfast was good. Price quality is very good. Restaurant is very loud. No good noise cancelling in restaurant.

Such an enjoyable holiday from start to finish.Great location in quiet neighbourhood but within short walking distance to the busy Port and the beach. The hotel is spacious ,clean and comfortable in all areas.The pool area is well staffed, with plenty of sunbeds. Breakfasts were superb value and restaurant staff are so helpful and friendly. The reception team are also a great bunch of people, especially Nico who is the warmest, most helpful man and is a credit to the hotel. We were a family group with ages ranging from one and a half to sixty eight and all agreed that we will definitely return in the future.

Good location, comfortable hotel, staff are so friendly and helpful, breakfast is great value - what more could you ask for !

Absolutely spotless - really impressed with how clean it was and how clean it was kept throughout. We were on the all inclusive package, which was excellent. Good beer on draught and decent spirits. Wine wasn't the best but thats ok. The buffet was decent too and did switch up a lot, despite there not being a huge amount of choice. The pool area was fine, never had an issue with a sunbed but were there towards the end of September. Only downside was the entertainment, which was acrobics.The music was loud and repetive. The Vengaboys doesn't need playing 3 times in one workout!!

Overall, a solid hotel and would return for a few days break away.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Das Service im Restaurant ist ein wenig zu schnell beim Abservieren. Hier gibt es Potential für Verbesserungen. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer sauber und geräumig, das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Essen ist gut und abwechslungsreich (Sowohl Frühstücksbuffet, als auch Abendessen-Buffet). Generell ist die Lage des Hotels für Tagesausflüge sehr gut. Knapp 5 Minuten zu Fuss gibt es Bushaltestellen. Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt.

Je viens de passer un excellent séjour dans cet etablissement.
Le personnel est agréable et serviable.
La propreté dans l’établissement chambre y compris est irréprochable.
Les équipements ont été à la hauteur de mes attentes.
Je recommande vivement hôtel.
