Hotel muy mejorable, en instalaciones como servicio del personal. Las instalaciones son viejas o al menos mi habitación. No tiene un simple baño si no es el de la habitación

Świetna miejscówka do tego, by wygodnie zwiedzać Wrocław.
Pros:

Spokojne miejsce położone w malowniczej części Wrocławia. Przepyszne i urozmaicone śniadania serwowane na statku. Rzadko w hotelowych restauracjach zdarza się wypić do śniadania tak dobrą, mocną kawę.

Reservé un apartamento de 2 dormitorios, pues resulta que todos dan al puente de los tranvías, con un sonido insoportable constante. La solución, cambiar a una habitación triple alejada del puente, sin devolvernos la diferencia de precio. Ruido también del radiador hasta que ellos quitan la calefacción sobre las 23.30h y de mala gana me dicen que apagando el termostato dejaba de sonar, aunque no era así. Las recepcionistas pasotas y nada colaboradoras.Tuve que pedir toalla de manos y de pie de ducha, porque no había. Ni siquiera hicieron la habitación a la mañana siguiente. El desayuno de calidad mediocre. El parking de muy difícil acceso. La cama de muelles que se clavaban. Una experiencia muy decepcionante.
