The check in process was quick and easy. The room was good quality and the bed was very comfy.
Very little to no noise came in from outside, which is good considering its location and surroundings bars and restaurants.
Room lighting took a minute to figure out, and couldn't get my bedside lamps to work. Very minor issue.
Entrance was a little hard to find as a first time visitor. Think there needs to be clearer signage leading to the correct alleyway

Weird light controls in rooms with no labeling- just as likely to turn all lights off as some on.
A colleague and I stayed at the Establishment Hotel in September 2026. From the start our stay was great. The friendly receptionist showed us to our rooms, explained how to use all of the facilities in the room and in the hotel. The Studio Room was lovely: clean and comfortable, great rainwater shower with really good water pressure, separate bath with bath salts (very relaxing!), king size bed was perfect. The location in the Sydney CBD was very convenient, close to Circular Quay and some great restaurants and bars. All-in-all, a great stay and definitely a hotel that I will stay at again!

It was close to where we had an event on and the availability of restaurants, bars, transport, was terrific. The rom was well equipped and very comfortable.
