Nessa viagem mesmo que curta, conforto e praticidade foram o que definiram minha estadia.
Pros:

O bairro é super tranquilo, com muitas opções de restaurantes, bares, cafés, clinicas, salões de beleza, comercio rico de opções. Café da manhã ótimo, com diversas opções. Os funcionários sempre solícitos, desde do check-in, serviço de recepção interrupto.

Cons:

Não ter quartos para fumantes, pois se fechar a porta da varanda, acredito que não tenha interferência de cheiro para dentro do apartamento.
Aos que são sensíveis a poluição sonora, por ser muito próximo do aeroporto de Congonhas, o barulho é constante dos aviões pousando e decolando.

Comfortable hotel room at a great location
Pros:

The neighborhood is great. Easy access to groceries, restaurants, less than 1 km walk to subway and a nice walk to the park. Very convenient if you're going to the exhibition center because you'll always ride against the traffic.

Cheap, but it needs to take care of some details.

The window was open the whole time (the room was cold)..., it was not possible to close the window..., there was a gap in the window. This was very bad..., I have got a cold.
In the first room the TV did not work.
There was not Coke Zero..., no restaurant.
