De razoável para ruim.
Pros:

Os funcionários se esforçam para atender bem, e isso é sempre positivo. O hotel é bem localizado, apesar de um pouco barulhento, pois a rua tem muitos bares e ele fica na rota de pouso/decolagem do aeroporto de Congonhas. O valor da diária é razoável.

Cons:

Falta conforto para dormir: travesseiros precários, colcha e capa de travesseiro com cara de usados e sujos. As toalhas de banho são MUITO ruins: finas e velhas. O banheiro exala cheiro de esgoto. O estacionamento é pago à parte, o que não é bem explicado no momento da reserva.

Gostei de tudo! Quarto muito cômodo, pertinho de tudo, bares, restaurantes, shopping Ibirapuera, se poder ir a esses lugares caminhando. Funcionários do hotel são excelentes e super atenciosos.

Nada funciona após as 22h, a criança precisou de uma troca de colchão que estava Velho e ninguém tinha a chave pra me entregar esse pequeno colchão em mãos.
