Cold executive room on arrival heating no use fancy information book about things you can buy no information how heater works staff no i dear how to work heater not offered other room staff really good in bar trying to help no sleep worked out heater needs replacing had better experience in a tent in winter

Beautiful place, staff good room was lovely to however bed was so uncomfortable so we're pillows grest for our dog very welcoming. Food was good quality but cold on serving .
Lovely area, a piece of history that has been preserved and repurposed. The staff were incredibly friendly and a delight to chat with.
Pricing of the dinner is higher than other basic hotels, but is to be expected.
Arrived late after getting lost more than once with road closures. They were not the hotel's fault but when I called they were not really helpful
Room was small. Breakfast was started after I departed but no alternative was offered.

Excellent hotel that is clean and comfortable. Food is lovely and the staff just can’t do enough to help especially Monica on reception who was so helpful and friendly. All the staff deserve a pay raise as they are all professional and friendly.
