Pros:

Minden várakozásunkat felülmúlta a személyzet kedvessége, a bőséges, finom egész napos ellátás. 3 gyermekkel nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, a két kis alpakát (Paul-t és Karl-t) pedig a szívünkbe zártuk.

Wellnessbereich war super. Das Essen war gut. Freizeitangebot war auch super.

Zimmer langsam in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratzen sind sehr unbequem.

Al met al een fantastische locatie voor lang en kort verblijf.
Pros:

Fantastische locatie, leuke tuin met 2 alpaca’s, de wellness is klein maar altijd rustig en voldoende plek, fijn zwembad erbij, ligt dichtbij de skilift waarbij je zowel in de zomer als in de winter gebruik van kunt maken, Oberaudorf heeft een leuk centrum en het ligt ook dichtbij Kufstein wat ook een leuk uitje is, het all-in concept maakt het voor zowel een overnachting als langer verblijf.

Skvely hotel, rodinny team poskytuje moc prijemnu atmosferu uz od prichodu. Stravili sme vecer v malebnom mestecku Oberaudorf, stravili sme len jednu noc, ale urcite sa radi vratime.

Jídlo bylo výborné. Personál ochotný a milý. Pokoje čisté. Alpaky Karl a Paul jsou skvělým zpestřením, děti jsou z nich nadšené.

Cons:

Světlo na pokoji není na čtení, ale spíše jen dekorace. Uvítal bych výkonnější svítidla. Polohou je hotel předurčen spíše na dojíždění za atrakcemi (lyžování,...)

De ligging en parkeren

Cons:

Het wellness gedeelte was nog niet geheel afgemonteerd, geen haakjes, geen ruimte om te ontspannen en sommige sauna faciliteiten nog niet gebruiksklaar. Voor de hoeveelheid gasten is de wellness veel te klein om rond te bewegen. We hebben nergens info hierover terug kunnen vinden ook niet op de eigen website. Op website staat dat de openingstijden van 14.00 tot 2200 is , maar toen wij er waren werd de tijd tot 17.00 en weer vanaf 19.00. De sauna's schakelden uit.
Het eten is oké maar voor de prijs voor 2 nachten totaal heel erg duur.
Aan de baas alles doorgegeven en hij reageerde dat hij niet op de hoogte was van onze klachten, en ging gelijk actie ondernemen toen ons verhaal hadden gedaan, hij had er niets over vernomen. Hij stelde voor om booking.com dit te laten weten, zodat wij 50 % Teruggestort zullen krijgen via booking.com.
