My room smelled like an ashtray and the whole floor smelled like smoke.

As was last year when we came, the Ambassador Inn & Suites was near where we were having a HS Class Get-Together. The staff were friendly, room where we stayed was clean and comfy (Room 101) and overall everything Ok except this one small concern, When we turn the light on in the bathroom the vent fan also comes on which is a bit too loud. Just wish there was a separate switch for the vent fan or a way to lower the speed and high pitch sound. Not a big concern and probably nothing will change but you asked.

Great hotel... clean and comfortable!

This hotel needs a lot of maintance, bathroom was dirty, towels look like they have seen a lot of use and needs replacement and the breakfast was not appealing, cold coffee and lack of fruit

Come on you can do better

The tall grass it not very presentable .I thought twice when we drove up.It makes me feel like we were in the woods.Hope to be better if I decide to sleep here again

Staff was awesome friendly and helpful. But needs a little more TLC and better breakfast. Other than that it was good

Dead bolt on door didn't lock. Breakfast only had toast, cereal, and waffles. Went eat at the casino. Bed was comfortable. Sign said newly remodeled. Room was nice but bathroom, water took awhile to
go down the drain and had to put water in toilet once to flush.

We were coming to the Cypress Casino to eat at Mr. Lester's Steakhouse for a friend's birthday. The casino hotel was booked for Saturday night July 20th. Since this hotel is close to the casino we decided to stay here. What a mistake. The first room they gave us had no sheets on the bed. We went back down to the desk and were given another room that smelled really bad. The room with no sheets also had a bad smell. We decided not to complain since we were going to spend time at the casino and really wouldn't be in the room that much. It was horrible. The room was not nice at all. Water spots in the ceiling and down the wall and a feeling of just not being very clean. Our friends and I had a total of 4 rooms. When our friends checked in they were told they only had a king room available when he had a confirmation showing he made reservation for 2 beds. The person at the counter stated they were booked and that's all they had. Wrong. He showed them his confirmation and they miraculously found him a room with 2 beds. Please don't stay here. It's not worth the almost $100/per night.

I’ve been trying to get a refund since Sunday when we booked the room. Once we got to the hotel they told us the didn’t have a room for us but still proceeded To take the money out of my account. I’m not only frustrated with the hotel but with Expedia as well I will never use Expedia again. Y’all falsely advertise availability!

Hot water in the shower didn't work. Wi-Fi didn't work. Breakfast was non-existent except for coffee. Nothing about this place justified the $82 a night rate.

The hotel only had 4 guests we think, but at breakfast the room wasn't ready ..there was only 2 slices of bread etc. The staff park their cars at the reception door all day... clients do not come first here.

Everything was horrible wasn’t clean bed had me itching all night and the bed was broking.
