All rooms can accommodate a baby cot, upon prior request, with the exception of the Superior Double Room.

Only the Executive Double Room and the Junior Suite can accommodate an extra bed. This extra bed for a child aged 3 years and over or an adult will be charged at EUR 95 per night.

Pros:

Housekeeping and frontline staff were polite and professional. The minibar, particularly complimentary water, was a positive touch and enhanced the overall experience.

Cons:

We stayed in Suite 403. The primary issue was soundproofing. The windows are not fully sealed, particularly one panel, allowing significant external noise late at night and early in the morning. This directly impacts sleep quality and guest satisfaction at a premium room rate. While a room move was eventually offered midway through the stay, earlier ownership and continuity in communication would have reduced dissatisfaction.
The room décor is attractive in design, however visible paint chips and wear detract from the premium positioning of the suite. This creates a mismatch between price point and condition. The bed was excellent and clearly a strong positive.
At the pool area, the current split between beds and sun loungers is inefficient. Beds were occupied by a family for short periods and left unused for long durations, limiting availability for other guests. A clearer booking time limit or a single tier system (beds or loungers only) would improve turnover, fairness, and perceived value.
Beach access is a missed commercial opportunity. It was not promoted or communicated during the stay. No information was provided proactively, despite this being a strong differentiator. Clear promotion could have reduced pressure on the upper pool during peak times and supported ancillary spend. From a revenue perspective, this feels like lost opportunity through under marketing.
Breakfast was acceptable, and while the offering was fine, it did not stand out relative to the brand positioning. The setting was pleasant.

Nous prenons d'habitude la suite familiale qui était occupé cette fois-ci on nous a attribué une chambre "suite signature" dès notre arrivée la TV dans le séjour ne fonctionnait pas. Au moment du coucher, une fourmi se promenait sur mon coussin rien de grave jusqu'à que je remarque dans la salle de bains et les WC séparés des fourmis PARTOUT même dans nos habits que nous avions mis dans la partie "dressing" nous avons directement informé la réception qui ont nettoyé et mis un attrape fourmis mais cela n'a pas suffit nous nous sommes donc retrouvés à cohabiter pendant 5 jours avec toutes ses fourmis aucune autre solution ne nous a été proposé ni même un geste commercial ! Très déçus car c'était notre 4ème séjour depuis Noël..

PERFECT STAY
Pros:

Excellent central location.
The public spaces and room were very well maintained , spotlessly clean and decorated to a high standard
Breakfast was first class
But our stay was made special by the hotel staff. All, without exception, were very helpful and friendly.
So good to find such attentive and professsional service
Wholeheartedly recommend and hope to return soon

Pros:

Le personnel nous a réservé un accueil très agréable, bienveillant, et à l'écoute. La chambre et notamment le lit étaient très confortables. L'espace spa propose des massages que nous avons beaucoup apprecié, fait dans une ambiance douce et appaisante. Le restaurant est à la hauteur d'un restaurant bistronomique avec un service excellent.
