Pros:

The location was perfect, right in the centre of Cannes and only a 8 minute walk to the beach clubs, there are so many cafes,bars, restaurants on your doorstep. Perfect

Exceptional especially the people.
Pros:

This hotel is beautiful, in particular the roof top pool which is a lovely size, it was so quiet and relaxing.
The staff are amazing, so helpful and welcoming. The location is perfect for shopping, restaurants, the old town and croisette/beach. I would highly recommend!

Cons:

This isn’t really a criticism, but even better if the pool would remain open a little later, maybe 7pm rather than 6. It’s just that we found on days where we had been out and returned very hot, it would have been lovely to be able to have a quick swim before getting ready for the evening.

Fabulous team. Especially breakfast team. Loved it!
Pros:

Attention to detail. The smell of the hotel. The team of staff working there. Breakfast amazing.

Cons:

Charging for coffee in room seemed a bit mean. But giving complimentary water each day was lovely.

I wouldn’t necessarily rate this as a 5-star level of service/hotel.

We sent the car with the valet, and it took approximately 50 minutes for the car to be brought back to us, even though they told us it would only take 10 min and we called them 20 min before we went down.

Also, at around 12:00am, the reception area was empty with only one associate available. We called to request some extra cotton pads, and we were told that we would have to wait for someone to come and deliver them as he was the only person in the hotel at that time and he couldn’t leave the reception. There was no housekeeping or concierge or anyone in the hotel after 12.

For a 5-star hotel, I would expect a higher level of service and availability, particularly with basic guest requests.

Beautiful Hotel in Cannes
Pros:

We stayed a week in this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was great and the suite was spacious and comfortable. The only detraction was the bass from the roof lounge which the staff tried to correct for us. That being said, the rooftop lounge and pool were very nice. Overall, a great place to stay while in the French Riviera.

Great location, very nice spacious rooms. Thoroughly enjoyed it! Slightly expensive due to what was going on in Cannes.
