online check in was almost impossible, and we realized, other guest trying to check in had the same problem.
the next morning the elevator was out of function.

Hotel is ok. Just because no front desk, you’ll have to call hot line for all questions and needs. And the door code at the front door sometimes not working. So I was hesitate to go out in the morning and evening.

Gut.

The room was ok but the check in was not so good. I did not receive a reservation number so I couldn't check in online. I emailed the hotel to inform them and did not receive a reply. Had to call the help line when I arrived at the hotel took me around 1 hour to check in. The person on the other end was very unfriendly. The breakfast was awful for €18 dried meats and cheese and awful coffee.
The room was ok for the price but everything else made it a bad experience.

Udemærket værelse. Personløs reception, hvilket er noget bøvl, hvis man kommer for tidligt. Heldigvis er der en restaurant, så man ikke går helt død på drikkevare.

Ich war nun zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel. Beim ersten Besuch war ich aufgrund der mangelnden Sauberkeit unzufrieden, dachte aber, dass das mal passieren kann und habe der Unterkunft eine zweite Chance gegeben. FEHLER! Überall lagen Haare, auf der Bettdecke, den Kissen, an Handtüchern. Im Bad hing über der Heizung ein sichtbar dreckiges Handtuch mit braunen Flecken und Haaren - wie kann sowas bitte vom Reinigungspersonal übersehen werden?! Auch habe ich vor der Anreise explizit nach einem Zimmer ohne Teppichboden gefragt, diese Anfrage wurde mir sogar bestätigt und ein Zimmer ohne Teppichboden wurde mir zugesagt. Naja, bei Anreise wurde diese Hoffnung dann schnell enttäuscht. Ein Zimmer mit Teppichboden. Zu dem Preis, den ich für diese Nacht bezahlt habe, finde ich es eine absolute Frechheit. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

駅から徒歩１０分くらい。不慣れな私は、建物の扉の開け方がわからず、戸惑いました。
１月１日に宿泊したので、まわりのお店が閉まっているのか夕方でも通りは暗かったです。
部屋は清潔で快適に過ごせました。
部屋番号と暗証番号はメールで、チェックイン、アウトもネットで行うため、スタッフに出会うことはなかったです。

A truly charming place to stay. Large, spacious and modern rooms. In a great location in the city. Key historical sites are all in walking distance. Unfortunately, this hotel uses online check in. They forgot to send me the code, so I (along with at least three other lodgers) had to call the staff support line. They were very nice and helpful, spoke at least English and German, but it was an annoyance. The fact that there appears to be no management onsite also had other problems. For example, once we finally got checked in, the elevator was completely full of dirty towels. Someone in another group used a walker and needed to get into it. They had to wait while someone from the downstairs restaurant removed all the towels. The following morning, I used the very nice coffee maker but found that it appeared not to have been cleaned for a long time and was full of mold… cleaning it with the hand-sensor operated sink was less than a relaxing.

Do not let the lack of a reception desk put you off. My room was very nice. It was clean and the bathroom bright with like new fixtures. The entry code was sent to me by email. After a few try’s I realized I had to push the ✔️ key after the code. Once I did that the door opened. Once inside the stairs and lift are visible. I did not have the breakfast. I walked from the main train station in 10 minutes. There are many Restaurants within walking distance.

kleines, stilvoll renoviertes Hotel in einem historischen Gebäude fußläufig zur Würzburger Fußgängerzone. Der Check-in läuft online über handy, was bei mehreren Gästen (auch bei uns) nicht sauber funktionierte: mein älteres Android-Handy konnte die angegebene Internet-Seite mit dem Zugangscode nicht öffnen. Also die angegebene Telefonnummer angerufen und den 4-stelligen, numerischen Code per sms aufs handy bekommen. Danach war alles gut. Unser Zimmer (zur Semmelstraße gelegen) war ausreichend groß und in gutem Zustand. Allerdings ohne Klimaanlage, was im Sommer bei hohen Temperaturen zu Problemen führen könnte, da man wg. des Lärmpegels auf der Straße bei offenem Fenster nicht schlafen kann. Die Betten waren zwar schmal, aber gut. Das Hotel hat einen Aufzug, daher blieben die Laufgeräusche in den Fluren und im Treppenhaus auf niedrigem Niveau. Bei meiner Frau stellten sich nach einigen Stunden Allergieprobleme ein, die nach der aufgetretenen Symptomatik durch Tierhaare ausgelöst worden sein könnten, das Hotel wirbt ja damit, dass Haustiere willkommen sind. Das separat bezahlte Frühstück war zwar nicht billig, aber wirklich gut. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr groß, man hat genügend Platz. Das Buffet wurde nachgefüllt, mir hat mein Café Crema aus der Maschine geschmeckt (im Maritim ist er auch nicht besser ...).
