Amazing stay, adults only, excellent staff and service
Pros:

I am a return visitor here. We stayed here several years ago and have never managed to book again. This property is always fully booked. It is very popular. It is exactly what we need. Clean, with a pool, adults only and a sensible clientele of people that cause no trouble and make no noise. Our suite had two balconies, which was just perfect. I also have to commend all the staff in the hotel, especially the reception team, the breakfast team and Cristina the housekeeper. The service is second to none, everybody is so friendly, speaks German and deals with any enquiry so quickly. The housekeeping is of a fantastic standard. We were so happy with everything and we will return.

Cons:

It’s a bit pricey, but we wanted it. So we paid it.

Zeer aangenaam verblijf in dit top hotel.
Pros:

Zeer leuk hotel op een goede ligging. Confortable kamers. Een geweldig goed en uitgebreid ontbijt. Top personeel, iedereen zeer vriendelijk en alles wordt gedaan om aan je wensen te voldoen, met de glimlach. Bij een volgend bezoek aan de regio kiezen we zeker opnieuw voor dit hotel.

Komme leider nicht wieder !

Das Hotel ist recht gut gelegen !
Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen,
Mitarbeiter sind bemüht um den Gast zufriedenzustellen .
Wir sind schon viele Jahre hier aber dieses Jahr definitiv das letzte Mal .

Cons:

Das Hotel ist abgewohnt und benötigt dringend eine Renovation !
Am Pool defekte Platten ! Zimmer sind Ok ! Aber abgewohnt ! Preis Leistung Stimmt nicht mehr .
Essen war viel besser vor Jahren !
Mitarbeiter fragen beim Check in nach Adresse obwohl ich schon 5 oder 6 mal dort war ! Hatten keine Ahnung das ich schon mal Gast war ?

Très très satisfait.
Pros:

Très bien de façon générale. L'hôtel donne directement sur une rue non ouverte à la circulation et face à la mer. Gentille attention, nous avons été surclassés pour notre anniversaire.
Le petit déjeuner, comme le diner sont sous forme de buffets; l'ensemble est excellent, avec un choix très important (plats préparés très gouteux, en sauce pour certains, poisson au grill, un rayon italien avec des pizzas), des produits de qualité.

Cons:

Quelques tous petits reproches, pour dire quelque chose... au petit déjeuner, l'omelette n'était pas très baveuse... il serait intéressant d'avoir plus de choix de vin au verre...

Fine hotel with great tradition
Pros:

Fantastic and friendly staff, great welcome and support throughout. Comfortable and clean room. Excellent facilities. Good location, two minutes to beautiful beach. One of the best hotel breakfasts I ever had. Great spread with daily variations.

​Изключително приятен и релаксиращ престой! Хотелът е прекрасен, а още с пристигането си останахме впечатлени от рецепцията. Комуникацията със служителите там беше на най-високо ниво – изключителни професионалисти, винаги усмихнати, любезни и готови да помогнат или да отговорят на всеки въпрос за броени секунди.

​Стаите са безупречно чисти и поддържани с голямо внимание от камериерките. Храната в ресторанта е просто перфектна – разнообразна, винаги прясна и изключително вкусна, за което адмирации към готвачите. Външният бар е абсолютно „топ“ – чудесна атмосфера и страхотни напитки.

​От перфектната рецепция, през бързите сервитьори и майсторите готвачи, до камериерките – целият персонал направи почивката ни наистина безупречна. С голямо удоволствие ще се върнем отново!

Pros:

J'ai adoré l'emplacement avec accès direct à la plage, et à 15 min de bus du centre ville.
J'ai aussi apprécié le SPA inclus dans la prestation et la piscine très bien aménagée
Les chambres sont très agréables et propres, bien aménagées.
J'ai aussi apprécié l'accueil du personnel, à la réception, la restaurant, le bar, femmes de ménage, tous sont très bienveillants et j'ai aimé le petit cadeau préparé dans la chambre pour mon anniversaire de mariage.

Cons:

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans ma chambre, pourtant j'ai pris la plus chère pour deux personnes avec vue sur mer, donc du soleil jusqu'au coucher du soleil.... Les nuits sans pouvoir rafraîchir la chambre ont été difficiles.
A la piscine J'ai regretté devoir aller demander moi-même au maître nageur de retirer les serviettes des gens qui les installent dès le matin et partent faire autre chose pendant des heures .. il m'a répondu : "ils sont peut-être dans la piscine !" Alors que non, il n'y avait pas de sac ni de chaussures et il le savait très bien... Bref, j'ai tellement insisté qu'il a fini par les retirer... Des gens ont applaudi ! Donc je n'étais pas la seule que ce comportement agace.... Don cil faudrait que le maître nageur applique le règlement (car oui c'est noté dans le règlement de l'hôtel !). Il faudrait également gérer ces abus à la plage, je me suis retrouvée sur le sable et non sur des transats vides mais réservés par des personnes qui ne sont jamais arrivés pour en profiter...

Tolle Lage, freundliches Personal. Tolles Frühstück.

Cons:

Hotel in die Jahre gekommen, bei Ankunft gebrauchteb Zahnstocher in der Zimmerecke, Müll neben dem Bett, Haare auf dem Bettlacken und im Bad gefunden. Sauberkeit fragwürdig. Safe muss für 12 Euro gemietet werden. Klimaanlage selbst auf kleinster Stufe nervig laut.

Very close to the beach. Easy access to the old town and airport via regular bus service
Plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance.
Check out is reasonable at 12pm

Cons:

This is predominantly German area.
If you want a sunlounger at the beach, get there early.
