Well-run beachfront hotel with good food and friendly staff
Pros:

Great location right on a relatively quiet stretch of the beach promenade. Good variety of food both at breakfast and dinner. Very friendly staff in all departments. Calm and relaxed ambience. The small indoor pool and spa area was a great bonus travelling early in the season.

Cons:

Nem volt a szobámban köntös bekészítve, más vendégeken viszont láttam. A szállodával szemben és mellette is építkezés zajlott, ezt megemlíthették volna.

Perfekt für ein langes Wochenende ❤️
Pros:

Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Besonders positiv war der herzliche Empfang mit Cava sowie die Möglichkeit eines vorzeitigen Check-ins. Hervorzuheben ist auch die sehr gute Kommunikation im Vorfeld – insbesondere im Hinblick auf unsere Bedenken zur Baustelle an der Playa de Palma sowie den Streik des Flughafenbodenpersonals.

Die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel war auf einem sehr hohen Niveau. Auch die Freundlichkeit und Professionalität am Empfang sowie bei einem Großteil des Personals haben einen sehr guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt, zudem war es im Haus angenehm ruhig.

Das Frühstück war qualitativ gut und bot eine solide Auswahl, und auch das Abendessen konnte überzeugen. Positiv ist zudem, dass ausreichend Handtücher und Toilettenpapier zur Verfügung standen.

Fazit: Ein sehr sauberes und gut gelegenes Hotel mit freundlichem Service und vielen positiven Aspekten. Mit kleineren Verbesserungen bei Organisation und Ausstattung lässt sich das ohnehin gute Gesamtbild noch weiter steigern – wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Kleinere Optimierungsmöglichkeiten sehen wir bei der Organisation zu Stoßzeiten beim Frühstück, wo es vereinzelt etwas hektischer zuging. Mit leicht angepassten Abläufen oder erweiterten Zeiten ließe sich das gut entschärfen.

Die Abendessenszeiten sind etwas knapp bemessen, da das Buffet bereits vor der offiziellen Endzeit reduziert wird – hier wäre etwas mehr Flexibilität wünschenswert.

In einigen Details gibt es noch Potenzial: Der Gepäckraum ist frei zugänglich, und ein kostenpflichtiger Safe entspricht nicht ganz heutigen Erwartungen. Die laut Beschreibung vorhandene Minibar war nicht gefüllt, sondern ein leerer Kühlschrank. Zudem war das Internet eher langsam.

Der Poolbereich ist funktional, wirkt jedoch insgesamt eher schlicht und könnte mit etwas mehr Liebe zum Detail sowie komfortableren Liegen noch aufgewertet werden. Der Außenpool war über Ostern (Anfang April 2026) nicht geöffnet.

Lo que más nos gustó fue la atención del personal: siempre sonrientes y dispuestos a ayudar. También disfrutamos mucho del buffet, con gran variedad y calidad, y del spa, además la limpieza impecable de la habitación hacía que la estancia fuera muy agradable. Pros:

Wir sind schon Stammkunden. Es wird auf alle Wünsche eingegangen. Der Blick vom Zimmer ist gigantisch und das Personal so nett und zuvorkommend. Und auch das Essen ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Wieder zu gehen, deshalb haben wir sogar spontan zwei Nächte verlängert 😊
