Sehr gute Erfahrung. Voller Service und das Personal waren höflich, professionell und immer bereit zu helfen. Alles war gut organisiert und sauber. Ich würde diesen Ort auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Nice looking hotel, good breakfast
Pros:

Clean hotel and a 10 min walk from the main station. Breakfast was really nice (they even provided warm oat milk for coffee which a lot of places don't offer) and the breakfast area truly has a lovely old school charm.
I also liked that they have a radio point installed in the wall which was very cool.

Cons:

My bedsheet was stained when I checked in so asked them to change it but was given the same bedsheet next day with the stain partly removed. Asked for a second pillow on the first evening and was informed that it could only be provided the next day.
Also just having a kettle in the room will make a huge difference ( if you don't want to provide tea or coffee sachets).
Lastly the phone was not working

Nice location, room on the third floor with nice view onto the road.

Cons:

A general remark, not specific to Coellner Hof: it would be nice to have an electric kettle and tea and coffee facilities in the room, as is the custom in many countries...
