Fair hotel in a good location needs upgrading

Tornata per la seconda volta
Pros:

È la seconda volta che soggiorno qui. Ottima posizione, vicino alla metro ed al British Museum. Bella zona, tranquilla con un piccolo parco di fronte e tanti scoiattoli.
Camere piccole ma tutto sommato giuste. Pulito, silenzioso. Letto comodo.
Ottima colazione dove tuttavia prevale la English Breakfast, ma ok anche yogurt, pane e marmellata e mini cornetti, che buona!
Staff gentilissimo e disponibile, quando tornerò a Londra sicuramente tornerò qui! Grazie!

Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé, à 10 minutes à pieds de St Pancras et accès au métro. Style de l'hôtel et quartier très typique Londonien. Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet avec toutce qu'il faut. Personnel agréable. Je le conseille sans problème.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist toll. Zentral, aber dennoch ruhig. Supermarkt und viele kleine Restaurants direkt um die Ecke. 2 U- Bahn Stationen ganz nah. Das Personal war total freundlich. Frühstück war gut. Alles sauber.

The employee needs to learn about consent.
Pros:

In January 2026, a Judd Hotel's employee during breakfast disrespected my daughter.

She felt free to grab her arm with strength, pull her tightly towards her, and kiss her on her head without her consent or mine.

My daughter was really shocked by what happened.

Adults still need to learn that children are human beings who deserve respect, stop acting as if children was objects.

Great but small
Pros:

The staff were nice, the breakfast was nice and the location is brilliant

Cons:

It wasn't a huge problem because we weren't in there much but the room was very small, our main problem was probably the bed it was so small, a small double but we managed

Very disappointing
Pros:

Location was very good.

Cons:

My friend and I stayed in the Judd Hotel 1 night.
We are both disappointed with the qulity of the rooms we received.
There were issues with rooms facilities and rooms were not as described:
1. There was not heating working in my friend's room.
2. No power in wall plug-ins in my room what's so ever.
I could have not boiled the water for the tea or charge my mobile.
3. No hot water in the bathroom sink in the evening.
4. Hot water in the shower in the morning was coming and going making taking shower 100% misreble challenge.
5. Both rooms based practically in the basement and in other bulding than reception making late evening reception contact difficult.
6. Landline phone to reception not working at all in both rooms as well.
