La experiencia general no ha sido positiva, por vários motivos. La ubicación del hotel junto a los accesos peatonales inexistentes hacen que dependas del coche para todo. No hay aparcamiento en los exteriores, ni aceras para llegar al puente que cruza a la ciudad. La limpieza de las habitaciones se hace a horas muy tardias, de hecho uno de los dias se quedó la habitación sin hacer, pese a que estuvimos toda la mañana fuera y hubo tiempo de sobra para limpiarla. El desayuno con poca variedad, tardan en reponer y siempre hay que estar pidiendo (alimentos basicos como leche o zumo). Para la piscina, por el precio que tienen las habitaciones podian regalar los gorros o avisar antes de la llegada que hay que comprarlos. Hemos comido en el bar una hamburguesa y estaba muy mala. En general muy caro para lo que ofrecen. Y la zona no es atractiva para ir con niños

Na altura do check out, os terminais de MB, não funcionavam. Desconfiou-se do estado do nosso cartão MB, verificamos posteriormente que o cartão MB estava e continua em perfeitas condições até ao momento.
Pagamos por MBWAY, mas com um custo acrescido, apara nós, devido à taxa ser proporcial ao valor transferido.

Location was amazing, staff very friendly and helpful, pool and spa were very good , food excellent ,room very spacious and great view of the river and valley from the balcony

A localização frontal ao Douro é perfeita. Curta distância para o centro da cidade e cais, de onde partem passeios pelo Rio. Várias opções de restaurantes a uma curta distância de carro. Café da manhã excelente. Área de piscina e jacuzzi agradável. Bom para crianças pequenas ou adultos. Quarto espaçoso.
