Overall, I enjoyed the Douro valley.
Pros:

The manager, Joanna, was super helpful and empathetic when the company that I booked for an all-day tour did not show up.

Cons:

The front desk staff was NOT helpful to my situation and I had to ask her to follow up for me, which she did reluctantly. Her suggestion was to do the tour with the company the next day, not a viable solution, since I only had 1 day. I found an alternative tour, the manager helped me book it. But the front desk staff could use some training in customer support.

Could be better.
Pros:

The property was very clean. We enjoyed the outdoor areas with lounge chairs and the pool.

Cons:

The air conditioning was not good. Our room was unbearably hot even with the AC turned all the way down. This made sleeping very difficult. Additionally there was no coffee in the room.

Recomendo, mas com algumas ressalvas.
Pros:

Eu e minha família gostamos muito do hotel. Quarto com vista MARAVILHOSA do Douro. Café da manhã muito bom!!! Pontos de melhoria: quarto confortável, mas achamos o cheiro um pouco estranho, acho que devido ao carpete. O estacionamento é pago e recomendam que você pare o caro na rodovia. Não houve problemas quanto a achar vaga, mas não acho que o estacionamento deveria ser pago. Chuveiro dentro da banheira e com parede de vidro que dá visibilidade parcial a quem esta no quarto. Achei ruim. O hotel é na Régua, portanto deve-se atentar para os passeios e reservas que são feitas em Pinhão, pois fica 25 Km de distância. Achei bem complexa essa divisão de Pinhão, Régua,, Lamego... etc.

Estacionamento pago, quarto com carpete.

Location was great, close to all. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable, the AC didn’t really work and there was a strong smell of chlorine throughout the whole hotel.

Ligging was zeer goed, nette grote kamer met terrasje was zeer goed

Cons:

Personeel was moeilijk begrijpbaar, veel lawaai in restaurant zowel ‘s avonds als bij ontbijt koffie was absoluut niet drinkbaar

Cons:

A garagem possui uma rampa de entrada/saída muito inclinada e com disposição de vagas difíceis de manobrar devido a muitos pilares espalhadas.

Von der Ankunft im Hotel bis zum Frühstück mit herrlicher Aussicht war alles toll gelungen. Freundliches Personal, sehr saubere und großzügige Zimmer, gute und saubere Badezimmereinrichtung, so stellt man sich eine Übernachtung vor!

Really nice stay and great room.
Pros:

The kids found Easter eggs in the room - was a really nice touch.
The pool was just great and took off the stress of travelling - kids sleep very well after.

Cons:

Nothing really, the menu was ok- kids ate very little as portions were too big- maybe for adults more Portuguese options would be ideal.

Excellent quality.
Pros:

Super nice staff. Amazing location. Very good food. The biggest apples I’ve ever seen were provided in the room as snacks. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in. Giant room. Really liked the gym and pool.
