Tenho uma relação muito má com as almofadas que os hoteis normalmente disponibilizam.
A simpatia dos funcionários..quando cheguei ao quarto, vi que o piso era em alcatifa e ao passar a mão por cima vi que tinha muito pó, pedi para mudar de quarto e foram atenciosos, indicaram me um quarto superior, este com piso flutuante..a localização do hotel é boa, o ginásio é pequeno mas jeitoso!
Um hotel da cadeia tão conceituada Vila Galé, não faz jus ao nome, o valor aplicado é um absurdo total, tendo em conta as condições do hotel, os quartos não tem sequer uma máquina de café ou uma chaleira que hoje em dia quase uma pensão tem, não tem um secador de cabelo no wc..os quartos são muito escuros, só tem luz através de candeeiros e a artificial( em dias cinzentos parece quase um quarto assombrado)casas de banho idem aspas, quase que tive para ligar a lanterna do telemóvel para tomar um banho..o jacuzi que está no exterior dizem que é de água quente, mas a água é a temperatura normal/fria e este funciona a meio gás..a piscina, com seis pessoas lá dentro, não dá sequer para nadar e a água quase fria.
Outra coisa, “péssima” é o pequeno almoço, com pouquíssima variedade, nem uma máquina de café tem disponível, é preciso pedir os cafés aos funcionários que vão ao bar em cima tirar..enfim, resumindo a escolha do hotel foi pelo nome, o preço nem discuti, pensei..é Vila Galé é bom !!!mas não tem nada a ver , já fui para muitos a pagar um bocado menos e muito melhores, muito mesmo!!

Le personnel est très sympathique et à l’écoute.
Le petit-déjeuner est excellent et varié.
Les équipements (piscine et jacuzzi) sont agréables.
La literie est extrêmement confortable.
La vue est sublime.
La nourriture du restaurant est franchement pas top.
Faute de parking, toutes les voitures sont garées devant l’hôtel, tout le long, sur le bord de la route. J’ai lu qu’il y avait un parking payant mais il ne nous a pas été proposé…

Nice indoor pool, staff did a very good job and the property was very nice.
The A/C just barely kept up with the outside heat. They need to correct the wall/window between the bathroom and the rest of the room. It is a glass wall with the lower half frosted, but you can still partially see through the frosted glass, and if you are up in the night and turn the light on it shines into the room.
